after vomiting for such along time a lot of water as well as food has been drained out so you should not eat any solid thing at the moment tey taking eletcral water and wait till the vomiting siezes

It sounds like you had food poisoning. Eating will be difficult (you'll get the dry heaves).

Drink watered down Gatorade to replenish your fluids and electrolytes.

Eat saltines or dry toast.

I've found that plain toast won't irritate your stomach too badly - and if that stays down, try adding a slice of mild cheese on top so it's more filling. Feel better!

Well...provided you've seeked the necessary doctor's advice and are just getting over a virus.... the things to eat when your stomach is on the mend is BRATY.
B - bananas
R - rice
A - apple sauce
T - toast
Y - yogurt

CLEAR LIQUIDS - for at least 24 hours

really make sure you can see through them - something like Life Water (watered down) -

NO BUBBLES and keep the caffeine to a minimum!!!!
