Start by frying two pieces of bacon. Make an avacado sauce from 3 ripe avacadoes mashed and a half a cup of ranch dressing. Slice some tomato. You'll need some slices of ham and slices of provolone and some sourdough bread.
Butter a piece of sourdough bread and place facedown in a frying pan place a slice of provolone then ham on the slice of bread then add the tomato, spoon on the avacado slice and put on the two pieces of bacon. Last of all put a piece of bread with buttered side up on. Grill until brown and then flip and press down. Grill other side. Turn on a plate and wallah.

I love Cajun roast beef and Swiss on an onion roll. Spicy brown mustard tops it well. Rubens are great, too, but you really wouldn't want it to sit all day. They have lots of great suggestion at lots of different sites. You should surf some, you'd find some great sandwiches.

It really depends on your tastes. I personally love avocados and slice avocados, tomatoes, onions and lettuce or fresh spinach and alfalfa sprouts . I place it on a tasted hoagie roll and add miracle whip cause I don't like mayo. My husband eats meat so on his I add ham, turkey, fried bacon, and provolone cheese. This is my favorite sandwich. If you try it I hope you love it as much as I do. Good Luck!

An easy one that's really good is pumpernickel bread with butter and sliced radishes sprinkled with a bit of salt. You can use whole wheat if you can't get pumpernickel.

Also, my favorite, is sourdough bread(or whole wheat) with turkey slices, cranberry sauce, swiss cheese slices, coleslaw. Really good!
