i'd like it medium-rare to medium...how long on each side (i know it depends on thickness so some guidelines would be great...) any recommendations on marinades/seasonings?

Did anyone go to the Italian-American festival in Cuyahoga Falls, OH?

I'm looking for the vendor that had pasta in bread bowls. I think it was called Delucca's (sp?) but I cannot find a listing for a restaurant by that name anywhere in Ohio.

Coke and is it as fattening as lard, or sandals?

Right then,there's two parts to this question....if someone said to you 'would you like a mindnumbing line of coke'?...would that mean to you:
a. I've lined up 3 bottles of fizzy pop and we're going to drink as much as we can wearing a paper hat an giggling about pass the parcel and hula hoops.
or
b.Lets ave some,get banged off our nuts and go down town speedin like a nutcase and climb that bridge.

Good Quick & Easy cookbook?

What are your recommendations for a cookbook with quick & easy recipes? I really like the Quick & Easy South Beach diet cookbook. The recipes take about 30 minutes and don't have a huge number of ingredients, and the ingredients are not expensive. I got the low-carb Rachel Ray 30-minute recipe cookbook, but I didn't like it much for some reason (although I love her show). To me, the more basic the recipe, the better. Any ideas? Btw, it doesn't need to be south beach or low-carb related, but healthy is good.
