That's highly doubtful, though some customers deserve to bite into a big fat loogie.

One time I ordered a burrito from a place in AZ called Filibertos and I broke my tooth on a small rock that was in it. I was so mad because they wouldnt pay for my dental work and said I was lying. Also, one time my friend was eating a burger at Jack in the Box and there was a bloody band-aid in it. I could go on and on about horror stories in fast food. Just think about it though, you've got all these teenagers, illegals, pissed off people making minimum wage, I'm thinking they probably dont care much about food safety. I've worked in nice restaurants and have seen the cooks drop food and pick it up and put it on the plates. I've yelled at them for doing it too, asking them how they would like it if somebody did that to them. I always feel better in a place like Subway, where they use gloves and make the food right in front of you.

I actually watched the movie "Waiting" the other day ago and realized that you don't mess with people in this industry. As a lot of you have said, they are pissed off, barely making enough and have to live off. Be nice to them, they're going through some issues!

I'd also like to add that I don't like to send things back to the chef or meal preparers because that is when you may end up with garnishes that aren't actually garnishes. It's better to go inside at least you can see what they are doing better than at drive through. Yuck!

The Guys at the old Ritzee resturant used to stand at the back of the kitchen and play frisbee with the frozen burgers toward the grill.. Most didn't make it. They picked it up and cooked it anyway!

This place was so horrible.. if you ordered a burger with no pickles they pulled a ready made burger.. picked off the pickles and re wrapped it in a 'special order' wrapper!

I hope not. I always try to be nice and say my order as simple as I can. I've heard too many stories about workers doing things to peoples food.

they don't like the work they do, so they take it out on the food and other staff people, sometimes even the customers.
