I have a top sirloin that I've cooked yesterday and did not eat. it was in the freeze until now. is there a good way to heat it up that it will not loose it's taste

Its called scandery labino. New recipee

1/2 lb cooked brocolli
2 spoons brown sugar
1 spoon salt
1/4 cup wheat germ
3 spoons Tomato Ketchup
1/2 cup saurkrautt

Mix The ingredients in a blender for 5 seconds

Cook in oven for 20 minutes

serve over brown rice

Enjoy with a nice bottle of wine.


Shell be here in an hour and I cant wait to see the look on her face
