Its called scandery labino. New recipee
1/2 lb cooked brocolli
2 spoons brown sugar
1 spoon salt
1/4 cup wheat germ
3 spoons Tomato Ketchup
1/2 cup saurkrautt
Mix The ingredients in a blender for 5 seconds
Cook in oven for 20 minutes
serve over brown rice
Enjoy with a nice bottle of wine.
Shell be here in an hour and I cant wait to see the look on her face

Sonds yummy sort of maybe....but perhaps more sauerkraut and you wouldn't need the wine...better yet skip the sauerkraut and add the some finely chopped onions. Skip the brown sugar and add some chopped peppers instead. Skip the ketchup and add sour cream instead. Add some salmon too for protein. Cook it in muffin cups at 350 for about 15 minutes and instead of rice, top each one with extra creamy whipped potatoes with dill added.

Hmmmm, you may really want to wait to see the look on her face!!! Try giving her the wine to drink first, that may work. If she drinks a lot of the wine, she may forget to eat, that WILL work. If all else fails, have a backup plan, pizza in the freezer and stuff like that.

ummm....doesnt sound so good to me. i think maybe pizza would be a better idea, with a cold beer to wash it down with. Or you could give her sausage or steak, some women like that too!!!!
