I have a top sirloin that I've cooked yesterday and did not eat. it was in the freeze until now. is there a good way to heat it up that it will not loose it's taste

The best way to heat up left over steak is to throw it in a frying pan with a little bit of oil. You'll want to thaw it out first.

It's dicey, any way you try. Think about eating it cold - slice very fine and mix it into a salad maybe.

Put it under the broiler in the oven......Plese never never nuke it. It will become tough and rubbery....not for good eating.

I'd put it on the BBQ, or a Foreman grill.

neuk it for 30sec. on defrost and let it rest about 10min.
then do it again for about a min.
