Try a vanilla milkshake. It's not food but it will help. You could also try the supplement drinks like Ensure, they are very easy on the stomach.

Also fruit pectin's will settle your stomach, buy some peaches or pears in a can and drink the juice.

You see....this is a perfect case for legalizing marijuana. This poor soul, (who by the way should definitely see a doctor if you have been sick this long) could puff the magic dragon and have their appetite back in no time flat! You'd be eating oreos and funyuns before you know it!......hope you're feeling better!

I know this will sound stupid, but it really works. Take a sip of vodka straight up. I know it sounds like you will just throw it up right away, but it really works. Whenever I am in the same situation you are in, that is what I do and I feel fine. then work your way up from lite foods like toast and sugarless tea.

When I was little my mom use to give me milk toast. She would toast bread, put just a little butter on it and then tear it up in a bowl and put milk on it with a little sugar. It never seemed to make me sicker. Also, Rice is good. It's easy on the stomach. It's also good in milk with sugar. Drink strong tea.

Carbonated drinks often help settle the stomach. Have a little bit of ginger ale/sprite (take little sips) and have some saltines. I hope you feel better!

if your sick you should probably eat chicken noodle soup. If that won't stay down, just try chicken broth. Crackers or bread & jello. Lots of liquids.
