i want a long relationship. im sick of having relationships for only a couple of months. i want to get serious and have a long relationship.
im talking to this guy and im sure we will begin to go out soon....but how can i make it last? i always end up screwing things up. help please!

I've been with my boyfriend for last 5 years incl. 2 years living together.. Now I'm not attracted to him anymore while he's still crazy for me.I even forgot how he looked like when I travelled alone for a few months and didn't miss him at all..
He may be a great marriage material with great job, endless affection for me and reliable personality etc but we have different vision for the future. I want adventurous life while he's conserve and doesn't like activites.
but he's my best friend and we're living together and all my social circle in this country has been developed with him.
Practical things like shared flat contract etc makes it difficult as well. and I don't know how much it would hurt him if I break up with him...he'll be destroyed as im his only and the first love of his life..
Also there's no specific reason to break up either.. I am not seeing anyone nor going abroad..
but what should I do?? I dont see my future with him, i feel there must be someone right for me.

so me & this guy had some interaction at this party all the way back in may. we knew each other b4 but we just had a conversation at the party..neways we talked then we danced & then we didnt really pay attention to each other. well i guess i hurt his feelings a little by not talking because he's told my best friend that i was mean. he keeps telling EVERYBODY that i like him & he makes a big deal of "avoiding" me whenever our groups of friends are together (which is A LOT)..his best friend is always saying things like "where's your boyfriend?" and stuff like that..calling the boy my boyfriend && saying that he would be sad if he knew i didnt like him. i'm sure that he's teasing me (actually i know he is)..but why is this guy so worried about me & telling ppl i like him if he hates me like i think he does???

A friend of mine introduced me to this man over a year ago. We are both divorced, have children and we are both over 40. We dated for about 2 months then I got scared and told him I just wanted to be friends. He started dating someone a month later. Then we ran into each other about 2 months later and ended up back in each others arms. He quit seeing the other woman cause I didn't want to be with him while he was with her. We keep promising each other that we will always be friends no matter what. He's a very sweet, caring man. We are both really busy and we only manage to get together about once a week. We have a really good time when we get together, we talk and laugh all the time. I like him alot. He is very honest and helpful if I need his advice. He's very affectionate, sometimes we just sit in the car and hold each other and talk. I love being with him. What do you think does is have a chance at becoming something more?

I really like this guy and i really hope you can help me with some advise. First of all the last time i went over to his house I was laying on his couch and he was asking me if everything was ok with me. And I said yea everything's fine. I called him last night and we were discussing bout that night how he thought that i wanted something more than just a hug or to just hold hands. And i said their was nothing i wanted other than that and then he said Are You Sure?? And i said yea i'm sure. But he keeps on going on and on are you sure and then he finally says Are You Sure you didn't want me to kiss you? And i'm like maybe so later on he finally knows the truth bout how i felt and that i sorta wanted to kiss him. So we talked bout next time we see each were gonna kiss but i haven't been kissed since i was 8 or 9. And he asked me if i wanted him to kiss me slow or fast and i said slow. I feel very safe around him and if i told him to stop he would. So do u think it's ok to kiss him?

ok this sumemr i went back to my home town of michigan city indiana. i met a guy and hes sooo amazing, i came home from the vacation and my parents found out about a little bit of partying i did, they also think that i had sex with him. i still to this day love him, and he is convinced that im his soulmate. i want to tell my parents but im having trouble telling them because hes 19 and im 16. i do have plans to move back to indiana to live with him, but i cant wait 2 years. its really wearing on my emotions. he said that if he had my parents approval he would move down here to live with me. i would love to tell or ask my parents about it but they dont know that im still talking to him. so PLEASE tell me what i should tell them...because they really dont approve of that kind of thing.

about a week after school started my friend asked this boy out for me and i really didn't like him that MUCH but he was still alright or whatever so i guess we were going out then a couple of days later, he was like it's over and everything and today he kept asking me if i STILL liked him, but he told my friend bria that he didn't like me but still why would he ask me if i still liked him

There is a guy that I began talking to on the phone, and everything was great. When I met him he was so full of compliments that it made me want to slap him at the dinner table. I appreciate compliments, but he was really overdoing it. On top of all of that his breath was rancid!!!

Well, this was the first part:

I used to talk to my friend who's a girl a whole lot last year..and this year I told her I liked her best friend :0
Now she barely talks to me and doesn't respond to my emails :(
She never answered my question if her friend likes me or not >_>

And I forgot to add that I wrote a poem last night for the girl I liked and I showed it to my friend today..she said she thought it was really nice and she asked who I should give it to?
Why would she ask that? D: She KNOWS I like her friend :\

We're both in 8th grade, and he's liked me since 5th. I'm pretty sure. Another boy told he liked me, and I noticed him always staring at me. I never used to like him, but ever since this year or last, I have this huge crush on him! He's really sweet, nice, and smart, and really shy. The problem is, I'M really shy too. We've talked like once this year. This boy isn't very "popular", and once in a while people make jokes about him. (like--you like "Bob" don't you??! Hehehehe! lol.) We're both the kind of people that won't do anything about it, and can't go out so scratch that. We're going to the same high school, so I'm always dreaming of us being together. But I want to let him know I like him... How though? I obviously can't straight out tell him... (But I did tell his sister so it might've gone through...)

I hate my brother with all of my life......................when we were little he used to sexually molest me , I was 7 or 8 and he was around 15 and I never got over it..............my parents soon found out when they caught him in the act, and sent him away to a miltary acadamy and got me some conseling.............I am not 11 years old and my brother is now 18 an adult, my parents have forgave him and he now lives with us again, he never acknowledges me around the house and I don't acknowledge him, but I feel weird with him living in my house I go to bed and I feel someones watching me, when I take a shower I feel he's there, (one time he even walked in on me while in there, he claimed it was an accident but I'm really not sure.) so I didn't tell my family buy now I'm in a relationship with my boyfirned and we want to take it to the next level but I can't seem too because I feel weird because of my brother

I have been talking to this guy for 3 months now off and on. However, in the 3 months of knowing him i have never called him....the times that i have, were to return his calls and i didn't return them til a day or two later. I think the real reason why i have never called him is that i'm afraid he might not answer.

Okay, maybe he doesn't exactly FOLLOW me, but he's ALWAYS there. His name is Parker, and he's kind of cute. I'm just getting this odd vibe. Last year we where in the same gym class, and sometimes we'd look at each other, and you could feel something. It was chemistry maybe, but this feeling was so powerful, no words needed.

So he's in my English class now, and he knows my name, and he always sits near me, and he followed me and stood next to me for the fire drill, he's just always there.

Am I just imagining something, or what? Does this guy feel anything like I do?

There was this girl when I was grade 12 (17 at the time), and the girl was only 13. She used to call me 7 times a day!!. Just plain out annoying. She had this friend that got to know me a bit through her. We talked a bit, but not on a serious level. I figured not only is she too young, but I didn't really want much to do with her since she was a friend of that highly annoying girl. I never really tried to talk to her friend like that... well, not in terms of trying to get on relationship, and eventually we just stopped talking. 5 years later, this friend of the bugging girl is looking so sweet. She's 18 now, but there's such a big gap between the last time we talked, and recently, and I'm regretting that I even stopped talking to her. Currently she's at a level where she is just tired of all boys and she is trying to "find herself" before start talking to any guy on that level again. Is there any way i get get on that level with her and at least get cool with her friends?

For teen boys to talk to eachother about girls body like asses boobs and stuff and how hot they are...and point out to eachother what we like about them...We NEVER talk about it infront of them or touch them in anyway (no matter how badly we want too lol)

Alright, so in my 15 years (yes a teenager asking for relationship advice, how pathetic) i have only ever REALLY liked three guys. The first was for 6 years. I like him because growing up, he was the nice guy out of all the jerks. But then the jerks matured and he turned into the biggest jerk of them all and broke my heart. So then about a year later i fall for my best guy friend. Big woops. He was the perfect guy when it was just the two of us, but a moron who enjoyed tormenting me when he was around his guy friends. It took me two years to get over him, cause i knew i didnt want to be with a person like him anyway. So my redemtion came in the form of the new guy, who we shall call Chuck. Now i went to a new school and met Chuck half way through the year. He has never said a mean thing to me since i have known him, and he is flirty, funny, nice, and a football player. ;)

Well, yeah, Im only in 7th grade, so yea, its a little kid relationship! I dont need to know that, and no comments about me being too young please! Anywho, he has liked me forever, and he asked me out one or two times and Ive said no. That was last year, and hes changed and I really like him now! Today he gave me half his sandwich, (because I forgot my lunch) and these stupid 8th graders were making fun of us that we liked each other. He got embarrassed and came up to me and said he didnt like me anymore. I dont know if he was serious or if he was just saying that to prevent being teased.
