I would suggest you start by saying hello. Get to know him as a friend. Don't be anyone you are not. You can ask him over to your house for pizza night. You can ask him and a group of friends. Get to know him and ask him questions about his hobbies and his family. Once you get to know him, you will either hit it off or just be friends. Take things slowly and you will be fine.

First of all, baby...calm down! The thing that trips us up all the time is if you think of him like a god and lose all composure. Second, give him the signals. Eye contact is key. here's the thing...if he's into you too he will absolutely be thrilled if you ask him out. something very casual, like a soda after school one day. guys are just as nervous as girls when it comes to asking someone out, so we will love it.
only problem is, what if he isn't into you. is he a nice guy that will let you down easy, or will he be a jerk and laugh at you?

hun why dont you start by talking to him a little bit and build a friendship with him and as time go's by and you start to get alittle more open with eachother tell him to you like him more then a friend and that you would love to go out and do something more as a friend and see where that go's
