I have been talking to this guy for 3 months now off and on. However, in the 3 months of knowing him i have never called him....the times that i have, were to return his calls and i didn't return them til a day or two later. I think the real reason why i have never called him is that i'm afraid he might not answer.
I haven't heard from him in 4 days.....should i call him?

You may not have heard from your friend because he could be getting the feeling that you are not all that interested in him seeing as how you only call to return a call. I understand your position as far as not calling for fear that he may not answer. But lets be fair, he is taking the same risk when he calls you, but he still calls. You probably haven't heard from him because he is waiting for you to make the first move this time. It's okay to call your friend, no need to wait for him to call. It also sounds to me like you may not want to call so much for fear of being labeled as a pest or a bugaboo, but you don't call him unless he calls you, and you are waiting a significant amount of time before you do so, so don't be worried about that either. So call him, see how he is, make an effort so he doesn't feel as if the friendship is one sideded.

no. if he wants to play games. let it go. you dont derserve to be treated like crap. and if ur bf cant call you hes not a very good bf.
