This guy really states that he loves me. I know him since i was in High school. How can i be sure that he does mean that he loves me when we are separated by thousands of miles.

we've been together for 5 years and love eachother very much. we've had sex where we just go at it a ton, but we've never 'made love'. i've tried to explain what it is to me. that it focuses on emotions and foreplay rather than just going at it like animals until you get off. he's tried once, but after 10 minutes of foreplay we started having intercourse and he immediately started going really fast like we always do and i tried to explain but just got mad and it ruined the mood.. how do i explain it to him?? or should i be trying something different...he just bought me a promise ring and tells me he loves me all the time. and hes 20 so shouldn't he understand what i want??

I have this problem w/men. (I hope this doesn't sound egotistical, I don't mean it that way.) I get along better w/men than women but guys always want to take it to a sexual level & I don't. What is a *nice*, polite way to tell them that up front so the boundaries are set & hopefully they won't push me & they don't get their feelings hurt? Because I really like hanging out w/guys as friends!

i looked at them, and they looked at me and then one of them looked at her friend and pointed towards me with her eyes and then smiled in a giggly kinda way. I'm pretty sure its a good thing, but just wanted to make sure. If one were to act on a situation like that, how would one approach the girlies? thanks

I am in a bit of a state. I recently found out that my best mate is now going out with my ex boyfriend. I have learnt to forgive my best mate even though I am still totally mad but I really cant stand being with her and her new boyfriend and they cant understand!! When my ex is on his own he plays mind games with me and texts me things like "sorry I don't know why I called.. maybe I just wanted to hear your voice" and "if you want to know what I want from you then I cant answer cuz i dont know myself". Do you think he may still have feelings for me? I really loved him and dont think I can get over him.. I keep convincing myself that I am over him and can live without him until he texts me messages like that??!!?? we've been exclusively dating for more than a month now. he started sweet.. but now the sweetness is fading. i've expected that we'd already be in a committed relationship by now.. but why isn't our relationship progressing? what's he waiting for? i can't also say that he doesnt like me coz he makes effort to see me 4 times a week. but when i'm with him he's not that lively. is he just tired from work?(are men really like that when tired from work?) is he taking it slow? is he not yet ready to commit, which i doubt or he's just not that into me and is just waiting for the right time to end it? or..... am i just too paranoid? am i just expecting too much?
i am planning to talk to him and tell him no pressure, but i just want to know if this relationship is going somewhere so that i'd stop trying to analyze him and know once and for all... would that be the best thing to do?

This really hot guy friend of mine has been trying to date me for 8 years!! he is very persistant. He totally painted a prince on a white horse image in my head. I started dating him, and I was in heaven. after 2 weeks he started acting wierd and unnaffectionate. He finally told me that He did not feel romantic towards me and had no sexual feelings towards me. That I felt more like a sister to him. I was crushed. He insisted we still be friends I declined. He called me to hang out with him for 2 more weeks. I insisted he stop calling me. He finally called me the 3rd week and stated that he missed me soooo much and he was stupid for letting me go. He wanted me back. He talked for about an hour about how much he missed me. I believe I do ask her questions but only when they naturally come. When she says that (and she's done it multiple times) I have no idea what to ask. Usually try to come up with some goofy question but still... Also she tends toward sarcasim and I don't always know what she means when she says something. Any thoughts out there on this?

what do you do when you and your boyfriend has been argueing alot and he dosent come home one night? When he comes in that morning he tells you he missed you and that he dosent want me messing or talking to anyone else? I love him but i think that he is either cheating or just had to get away from me....I want to believe that hes not cheating but when he had his cell phone turned on within a month females were calling left and right...he would always say they were his friends...When i had surgery on my knee he was having his ex girlfriend come and pick him up...I see that they are signs that he is cheating but how do i let him go? plz help me!!!

We have been together for 3 years and everything was all good until january. Since then weve broken up twice. Now she wants to give it a third try and I dont know if I want to get hurt again. She wanted me back so bad and now that im back she has been saying im to overbearing and crave to much attention from her but she says she does want to work things out and that she is happy she just hates when im paranoid and worried. Should I try to make our relationship work one last time or just stop kicking a dead dog?
