I need advice from others cuz i think i have blinders on either that or just out right dumb!! I have feelings for someone had them for years now. for 5 months now the person has been acting like they do not want anything to do with me but in the same breath does. Should i just let the person go as my friend and give up on hoping for anything else happening? also the person tends to stand me up when they say they are going to be there and dont show up. this person told me years ago that they wanted nothing more then honesty from me but in the same breath i have caught this person lying to me. Such as saying they are gonig offline then there are not. Call me back then they say they will and dont. Please no mean or rude answers here as i am new to this.

I just met a cute guy and he is a navy dentist.Unfortunately he lives in a very different part of the countrybut I am so much falling for him!!We exchanged e-mail and phone number, and I can't wait to talk to him. So I want to call him sometimes, but what timeis the best time to give him a call?I guess the navy dentist is not a 9-5 shift work....
A part of me thinks as a girl, maybe I should wait for his moves
but he said he is a shy guy and I am too excited about him.

I've been dating a girl for just under two months now. It's her birthday next week. I don't think we've really got extremely close yet; the relationship has been more of a mid-ground between a friendship and and full-blown relationship. How much would you advise is a reasonable amount of money to spend on her birthday so as not to appear stingy but also not to appear 'over the top'?

When I was 17 I started dating a guy that was 15 at the time. I was his first real girlfriend and all that. I will admit that at first I treated him kinda bad and we got over that and we ended up being together for about a year and a half. He wanted to see other people cuz I was his first real gf and he wanted to see what else was out there.
Well it was a kinda bad break up and we didn't talk for 5 months. Then we got back together for a short period of time but I was distant cuz i thought thats what he wanted so he ended up leaving again.
Couple months go by.. Well now im seeing a guy that i really like but see no future with.Well me and my ex started talking again and cleared up a lot of things between us. He told me that leaving me was the biggest mistake he ever made and that he still loves me.
The big thing here is that i am still in love with him, but no one wants to see us together again because hes already hurt me before, but i think he honestly wants to make things work...

actually, he used to hate me. My best friend's, her bf and I been friends most of our lives. Her bf came out of the shower and changed in front of me..He was standing behind the bed and changing joking and asked me what do I think of his body.. than after he put on his boxers he came really close to me to kiss me and he said I know you want me what you waiting for..lets do it and he closed the door and my was listening the entire time and she was very up set even we both explained her that nothing happened.. after i called him and asked him why did you came on to me.. he said I wanted to see how would u react that is all. Weve been together since Dec., our mutual friend introduced us. He was pursuing me everyday for dates, not pressuring me for sex, in fact everytime wed kiss and it would get to that point where my shirt could come off hed stop. We finally ended up sleeping together and it was great. I told him I wasnt ready for a serious relationship. He said okay. On my birthday I ended up getting really drunk and he was mad the next day, all i did was dance with him that night, nothing that weird. He got over it. He also told me how he was doing things for me he would never usually do for anyone and he liked me so much. He ended up moving in bc his roomate kicked him out and since then its not been good. He stopped taking me on dates. He doesnt like it if we go out and i get drunk. This has happened three times. After the last time he didnt talk to me for 2 days. I kept pressuring him, asking what was wrong. He said he was trying to be patient. He then said he wasnt happy

well this is the story, i liked my buddys younger sis, we started hangin, it progressed slowly, i always did sweet/nice things for her, but she never showed me physical attraction, meanwhile she was out having sex with 6-7 new guys in this time frame of a month or two....
moving on. we started to date, we had rocky times, mainly becuz of indescretions i see in her, and felt like i was decieved in this time when we were first starting to hang out, like i knew she was up to something and didnt wanna believe it..and she wouldnt admit it...so we were rocky,,and we break up,..well she breaks up with me by email..then that nite, another guy who she lied to me about, she invites him to hang out, and has sex with him, then a couple weeks go by, she seems distraught, im distraught, i finally get all this truth out of her...she says she wants to work on alot, (she is bipolar/boerderline) but its coming along really slow, im 27 she is 20...i love her..but...should i give her renewed chances?

getting back together..we've been off for 2 months and a half we were so in love and then we broke up bcz of me i kept on exggerating things anyways, I want to fire the flame up! how can i do that? well am virgin and although he never dated a gurl without having sex with her. he respects the fact that am virgin and never asked me to sleep with him. he just kiss me and hugz me, thats all..
