yeahuh im in high school & i guess everyone celebrates one month, and all that stuff. so what a good gift idea to give?

I have liked this guy for a while and we have become such close friends. I wanted to become more than that so i asked him out. All my friends were happy for me because they thought he liked me too. I thought i was going to have my first bf.

Anyways, he said that he liked me but "only as a friend." I guess i should be happy that we are still close friends but i still feel that we should be more than that. He is so sweet cuz, even though he rejected me he doesn't treat me any different. We still walk and talk together in the hallway. I still feel a spark,... or i think so.

Please give me some guidence. I don't what to do about the situation.

I couldn't date a guy that's more than 6 years older than me (i.e. 25) ...do you think that's a big stretch of time in terms of maturation and experience?

So, I don't want to date just any old girl. I want to date the perfect girl. And I just can't find anyone like that that I know.

I want her to be nice but not all obsessed (which is mostly what i find), and I want her to be the sorta person that will give you a hug and hold you just for the heck of it but not a **** tho. I want her to have dark brown hair, shoulder length, don't care about eye color, not very tall, maybe 5'2". I want her to not be super thin, but not fat, a muscular build. A punk/emo style is good, but not preppy!!!

I've only met one person like this in my life, except she has relationship issues and as much as I love her, she just can't be mine because she likes someone knew every week or so. That is my only complaint with her.

I go to a small private school, so there are only 50 people in my grade total, 20 being girls. I'm 13, and I don't feel comfortable talking with my parents about it. How would I go about meeting someone like that

I've gotten to hang out with this girl for sometime now and we've become pretty good friends, such as daily chatting, or texting. Anyways, she always brings up a situation where guys (many of them recently) confesses they likes her and she alway tells me she blows them off. She even goes as far as pasting her conversations in a chatbox for me to read. She has claimed that i am like a best friend to her and that she is my personal stalker. Why is she doing this?

She has on the other hand invited me to dinner and a movie. She has also rated me a 9 from a scale of 1-10 in hotness. In addition when i jokingly mentioned i would stretch my arms in theatres to make a move, she insisted she wanted to see it. When we went with a group of people on a seperate occasion, she insisted i sit next to her and that if i continued sitting in front of her i would block her view.

Everyone thinks we're a couple because we hang out a lot and when asked if we are, she always says i'm too good for her.

My name is Sara Yates. Well had a brother until last year. His name was Max. He was 15. Max had dark brown hair that flipped out at the ends, blue eyes and he was very strong. I’m 12 and I have medium dark brown hair and brown eyes. You might say that we look like twins but I am adopted and so is he. His parents live in Minnesota but mine I don’t even know. My parents said I could look for them on my 18th birthday.
It all happened at the State meet at the University of Minnesota.
We were both on the YMCA Tidal Waves, I was the swimmer and he was the diver. Max was so excited to go off the high board. The high board is the highest board in the building, about forty-five feet high. I could never do that I can go off the 20 foot one but not the high board. I looked over to the divers, all girls. That’s probably why he wanted to be on the dive team, the girls.

ok he's not spending money on me. I know what his gift is and it's very sentimental. He's giving me his hs ring to wear...what can I give him? I have been with my boyfriend for 6 years. And today he said it was over and that he'd be back in a couple of days. We live together and have two little girls. I've been calling him since he left (about 20 minutes ago). I am so sad, I don't know what to do. We had a fight yesterday over some jealousy issues and he left for five hours and came back, I didn't get mad we ate dinner and were fine. Then this morning, I asked him where exactly he went yesterday and he got all mad and started getting dressed then he said "I love you but i can't live like this" and he said he was going to a hotel and he'd come back in a few days. Do you think he's serious?

After being engaged for 4 years me and my girl broke up about 8 months ago. Since then she has gotten involved heavily in cocaine and a very bad crowd. It has caused her to scream for attention, and occasionally help. However, every time she makes a scream for help to me she goes back to her old ways within a week. I love this girl, so much i know I should let go but i still want to see her get better. Two days ago I got a desperate plea saying she wants to change her life and get off of everything for once and get back on a better track with and/or without myself. so we just happen to have three classes together...but we have hardly talked at all. like probably 10 words and it wasn't about anything important.
i happen to like him though We have known eachother since sixth grade but only as "peers".
i make eye contact with him quite often actually, but when i was taking a test in civics, i looked up at him confused (becuase of the test) and he was looking at me too but then got embarassed.
One thing i have noticed...is when he is around friends and other girls he is extremely funny...like everyone i know considers him the most hilarious kid and they are like...i know why you would like him...i mean "funny" is hot...and i have no idea what they are talking about most of the time, considering HE IS SO SHY AROUND ME.
When we are going to leave a class, both of us take a really long time packing up our stuff, then like everyday we make eye contact and then leave the room. Is there a reason why he wont just say hi? do I have to do everything? (even tho i havnt yet)
there are other incidents like this..but its too boring to type
he always watches me in gym, when the class was singing happy birthday to me, he was the only one NOT singing..(?!).
HOW can i talk to him?? or at least let him know if we like eachother or if i like him.........

I am in a pickle. I seem to have feelings for two different girls. One of them is somewhat attractive but she is really nice and all that personality stuff fits her. I was one of her classes last year and we are still pretty good friends. The other girl I went out with for a brief time but then the summer came and we lost contact with each other. I started to become friends with her again because her best friend is in my social studies class. She is more attractive than the other girl but I am not as close with her as the other girl. They are both nice and have their qualities. I am better friends with one than the other but I do not know what to do...any help on who to ask out and creative ways on how would be greatly appreciated. By the way I am only a freshman in high school so I would like a relationship that will last but it is not the end of the world if it doesn't.

Ok, so I go to boarding school. There is a guy who is a couple of years older than me, and I really "like" him. He was acting really close to me recently, like kissing me on the cheek goodbye and hugging me alot, and he gave me flowers and chocolate for my birthday, and alot more that I wont go into, because I only have 678 characters left. I was really happy, BUT his ex girlfriend gave me this warning the other day, that he likes to find out when people fancy him and to pretend that he likes them back so that they sleep with him and then he leaves them. At first I didn't believe her, thought she was jealous or something, but I asked around and alot of stuff kind of fitted into this (some girls leaving school after he had been recently hanging around with them, a girl called Millie who refused to talk about him but told me to stay away from him because "he's twisted", his ex claiming it happened to her). It baffles me all the time that when i show more interest in a woman, they begin to give me a wide berth, but when i told myself : to heck with them am through with women, i see them coming my way showing interest. Am confused because the problem is i hate playing games and when i desire a woman that is when i truely show love but when they start coming when my heart is not there i find it difficult to show any love and they will want me to but i will be getting angry. I dated the same girl for my entire college career. I graduated and jumped right into a job, considering how expensive New Jersey is. I've taken my time with girls now because I was not fully over what happened and I felt it would be unfair to get involved with someone else if i cannot give them my 100%. However, now that I am working and am now able to give someone 100% I cannot meet any charming ladies (sad considering I live in the most densely populated area of the country). Any suggestions on what I can do to meet someone good for me, while continuing to work and achieve my MBA (I like to go out like once or twice a week, and I am very morally/ethically against meeting someone online)? Or should i just go with the flow?
