So, I don't want to date just any old girl. I want to date the perfect girl. And I just can't find anyone like that that I know.
I want her to be nice but not all obsessed (which is mostly what i find), and I want her to be the sorta person that will give you a hug and hold you just for the heck of it but not a **** tho. I want her to have dark brown hair, shoulder length, don't care about eye color, not very tall, maybe 5'2". I want her to not be super thin, but not fat, a muscular build. A punk/emo style is good, but not preppy!!!
I've only met one person like this in my life, except she has relationship issues and as much as I love her, she just can't be mine because she likes someone knew every week or so. That is my only complaint with her.
I go to a small private school, so there are only 50 people in my grade total, 20 being girls. I'm 13, and I don't feel comfortable talking with my parents about it. How would I go about meeting someone like that

Your description seems a little narrow and totally based upon this girl who likes someone new every week.
Stop trying to look for the perfect girl, you're 13! Enjoy being 13. Dont look for a specific looking girl because it's all about the person not the look.
You'll go through lots of girls in your life so be in no hurry to grow up so fast.

Well you could always meet people through friends ... but you're 13? You still have some time to meet different people, and one day I'm sure you'll find someone perfect for you.

Maybe you should wait for the perfect girl when you graduate private school and see what you find. Or try to talk to some different girls at your school and maybe something will happen that will be for you!
