Well, I am in college and in one of my classes, there is this incredibly good looking guy. I seriously have trouble trying to focus in class, because he sat two rows in front of me and he's all I kept glancing at. Anyway, I thought "jee, I'll probably never get to talk to him". I'm really not the type of girl who'll go up to a guy and start a conversation. Usually, I just wait the other way around. Lo and behold, last week my professor assigned a group project. We had to pick from a list of 20 topic, and when we chose, I was VERY surprised to see him in my group. Although he looked like he was 22, max 24, I found out that he is 29. I simply have a hard time believing that, but I guess it is true because he was a sargeant in the army. Gosh, what should I do? I am 18 (will be 19 soon) and can't believe I am falling for him. I know this girl through a group we go to together that meets every week. In the begining I never even looked at her but i alwaysed hung out with her brother. I think she is 14 and I am almost 15. My parents wont let me date till i am older so this is out of the question. Well, I am crazy about her now but i dont want to tell her because i am afraid she might laugh and think i was joking or something and totally humiliate me. I was hanging out with a bunch of friends today and she was one of them. she was sort of looking in my direction and really wasn't looking anywhere else. I dont know what i should say. remember i am only 15 and my parents dont want me dating. what should i do or say?

well he is in my first hour and he is so cute. i really want to go up and talk to him but im kinda shy and im scared he's gonna be like " eww, freak, why are you talking to me?" we sit facing each other but he is all the way across the room but the thing is every once and a while when i look up he's looking at me but then again it might be cause i am ALWAYS STARING at him. :). he is a student helper in my class so he is the only senior/junior in that class and let me tell you that im a just a freshman!!! so im also scared he won't like someone so much younger than him. so tell me what to do about him. and give me some advice to not be so shy and to get some backbone to go and talk to him. and what about and how not to sound obvious that i like him like a lot!

I met a guy a few weeks ago and he is great. As with everyone I've ever gone out with there is drama and my family will never approve...1. he smokes (that won't go over well with my ex-smoker parents). 2. he has a child. 3. he used to have a major drug problem and is now in counseling. he's been clean for almost 2 years. 4. he spent 4 months in jail. I know, walk away, right? That's exactly what my head keeps saying. But, I just have this feeling about him...and everyone deserves a chance right?

I really really like this guy- i have for a very long time now. He asked me out but this was about a year ago and he didnt know me at all then. I said no. I still see him at school but every time I do I blush and tend to avoid him. I have never even talked to him in person before. I have a couple of times on msn before but most of these conversations were a complete disaster. Now whenever I sign in to msn he signs out. Im a really shy person and don't have that many friends but he is the complete opposite. I suppose I should just get over him- what do u think?

Okay..me and my ex-boyfriend are close friends and I know he still likes me and i still like him....Today after school he came up to me and said i have been waitin all day to get out of school to see you....and he asked me if i was and i was said no i wasnt ready to come home and i could stay there all day knowing that i couldnt wait either.On the way home walking down the block he asked me if he can have a hug and i gave him one then he asked for some gum and iagve him sum then he asked for another hug and i said no...and then he said u bogus and walked home...but last week he told me the only reason he broke up with me is because he was way out somewhere at his daddys house and he didnt know if he was coming back.....so what should i do......?

After a long time of not talking with my ex at all he contacted me and we got to talking. One fo the things he told me was that he was afraid that he would stay alone. He said that he was afraid of never having a daughter, son and a wife.Ok we were thinking of getting married at some point ,and it kinda hurt me that he said this. So why did he tell me this? to hurt me? To throw it in my face that I am not good for him or what? Seriously I am so confused over this little expression.

is this normal?i need to know if i am being ridiculous/i have a boyfriend who is nice.hardworking,etc..for all appearances faithful..seems to need to REGULARLY..FREQUENTLY incorporate other women from life,movies,videos,comics,tv etc into our (his)romantic time...i don't have an issue with him having the thoughts about it...i don't expect him to focus on me always,but why does he need to express it always?any hints especially from the guys, on how i can nicely ask him to stop?

So, for those of us who are NOT under 17, we probably have a little experience in the way men see women. One thing that I have learned without a DOUBT is that the phrase, "Men: they wanna have their cake and eat it too" is 100% true. So here's what i've concluded. Men have four different categories for a woman. And they are as follows:-----Wifey: irreplaceable...the one who can always be counted on when he needs help. She puts up with BS until she can't anymore. The man loves her, and he opens up 2 her, but he doesn't want to be with ONLY her. At the same time, nobody else is allowed to have her.----Boo: The one who's fun 2 be around, and he knows she's pretty much sprung. She may be around for a few months, but she'll never be wifey. A few months ago, I thought this guy really liked me, but I didn't really like him back. He started IMing me as soon as I got online and hanging around me more than anyone else and always mentioning me or wanting to know my opinion and he got me a b-day present and included a really sweet note. I was nice back but not forward or touchy (like all the other girls who like him ... and there are many), so I guess he got negative vibes 'cause, well, he ... stopped.

Anyways, recently I started liking him but I can't tell whether he still likes me or not ... and I'm starting to doubt whether he ever really liked me in the first place, because he seems to flirt with a lot of girls. He's really really friendly online but at school he's not as forward. There's this one girl who he's touchy/flirty with, but there's something different about the way he is toward me. It's not touchy ... but it feels more ... genuine. But maybe I'm just deluding myself because I wanna think he still likes me.

I dont want harsh comments or anything i just want to hear what u think (not negatively) Im a smart person A honor roll, junior honors society, ect. but i do have a social life! I started "going with" this guy about 2 weeks ago. I'd known him 4 like three years and i really liked him. Well, Sunday we went 2 church together and spent the day together and one thing led to another. We had sex but i guess u could say we weren't 2 careful about the placing. I am 19 years old.

I have been dating my girlfriend for over 1.5 years. The first 1.4 years of this relationship I was very sweet to her, did lots of planning (surprise trip to the zoo, romantic dinner at a cleared out restaurant which I managed to pull of thanks to a friend, and many other occasions) But all of this time I have been hurt because I always felt like she did not make much time for me and that I was not being appreciated. So, in time, I stopped saying that I missed her/ loved her as much, I stopped planning romantic dates, and am still nice to her but don't act as infatuated.

Since this change only now she is the first one to say "I love you" and finally making time to see me more.

Can somebody explain this to me? Do girls subconsciously prefer guys who don't show as much attention?

Now before you say go with the one you love more, here's the problem I love them both equally. One is in my country but the one I'm dating isn't... Here's my main problem I being asked to choice between them right now but my girlfriend isn't online and with both of them every time we talk it's obvious there's love involved... The one I'm not dating is asking me to decide now, at least think on it and tell her my choice.. I can't choice between them though.

ok...i told my friend to tell this guy i had a crush on him...my friend came back and told me everything that happened...she said when she had said my name and that i liked him his eyes almost turned into smiley faces just 4 a moment then he asked where i was...now he doesn't usually ask where ppl r...so do u think he likes me? don't say yes 2 cheer me up....P.S. he doesn't like anybody (so he says) and well he doesn't act like he likes me, but a grl can hope!! well...what do u think?

She has lied to me about her past, her past include having sex with guys, having oral sex with guys she met randomly at parties and a two year relationship with her ex.

She told me all that after she become pregnant, i cannot accept her now, she lied to me on one of most important factors of life, she also kissed a guy while she was drunk, while she was daing me. I have completely lost any faith on her, we fight every day, i know its bad for kid but i am also going through worst time of my life, life seems worthless to me.

Sometime i tell her i would not accept the kid and walk away she threathened me of taking me to court and sueing me for child support. i do love her but know for sure i cannot accept her as my wife, not even for the sake of kid.
