is this normal?i need to know if i am being ridiculous/i have a boyfriend who is nice.hardworking,etc..for all appearances faithful..seems to need to REGULARLY..FREQUENTLY incorporate other women from life, movies, videos, comics,tv etc into our (his)romantic time...i don't have an issue with him having the thoughts about it...i don't expect him to focus on me always, but why does he need to express it always?any hints especially from the guys, on how i can nicely ask him to stop?

He likes role-playing... nothing wrong with that... as long as it isn't someone he knows in real life... then you should be worried :)

Just tell him that you think it's a little strange that he likes you being different people, and wondering if he could cut down on it a little, or be more general (like a type of job, not a specific person).

Hope that helps :)

Wow,what a question.Maybe the incorporation he is doing is his way of hinting what he would like from you.He might be unsure of your reaction if he brings it up in conversation. At the same time if it is bothering you badly, you should bring it up and make some sort of compromise.Good question!

You sound like you have your act together and like a reasonable gal. No, I do not think you are wrong to ask him to stop. Tell him like you told us...that you don't expect him to focus on you all the time but as "together" as you are, it does make you feel somewhat insecure.

I'm assuming that is what he has to use to turn himself on, I'm not sure how to ask him to stop. It sounds like he is lost in a fantasy type world and he needs to question his own behavior more than you do.

he is WANTING to ask you for a "real" 3-some, 4-some, or whatever his fantasy is, but doesn't have the gut's to come straight out and ask. If you don't believe me, next time ask him (when he starts it) if you can call over (insert name here)?
Tara brings up a good point too.....start doing the same exact thing, but insert his "friends" name, and see what he does....

be honest with him. tell him it bothers you and why. Lil fantasy is good for everyone but not all the time..remind him who is really buttering his bread it's not the women in his head but the one in his arms . and you'd like him to keep that in mind..hope this helped a lil.

Try doing it back to him so he knows how it feels, if he likes that then mention tha tsome fantasies are better left fantasies and tell him it really turns you on when his mind is on you.

Become a little demanding, tell him its either you or them, you deserve that much. If you don't get that, then its time to move on.
