started dating this guy about a month and a half ago.Everythings been great until wed,i went to my gf's house to watch a movie,when I was leaving i called him and he told me to call him when I got home to make sure i got home safe(it was snowing)but I ended up falling asleep as soon as i hit the bed.he called me about an hour laterand he was Sh** faced drunk with his buddies.he had asked me on wed if i wanted to hang out on thurs and we had plans to watch a movie.when I asked him wed just to make sure we were still hanging out,he said maybe and I got kinda angry with him.He ended up hanging up on me,so i called back,he hung up again so i called back until he picked up(i know thats bad)he picked up and said that he couldnt do this and when i said does that mean we're broken up he said i guess so and hung up.I am so hurt and confused by this!What should i do?he wont pick up my calls!I really want to talk to him about this, but how.he hasnt even told anyone that we broke up.im20hes24

I work with this really great guy and have been attracted to him for at least 4 years. Within the past month, we have gotten somewhat intimate. We have not gone "all the way" but have talked about it like adults (stds, pregnancy, etc.) The problem is, there is a "no-fraternization" policy at our job. Which, in turn, means that most of our time spent together has to be behind closed doors. He has told me that he is not looking for a relationship, I believe him when he says this, but some of his actions dispute that. We talk every single day on the phone about trivial things, and had a mutual friend go out of town and I wanted to tell her to be careful--he told me that he had already told her for me. It's just sweet and thoughtful things like that that he does that contradict the whole non-relationship thing. I'm not looking for any kind of relationship either but I'm so confused right now-my head is spinning! Are there some men out there that can help me decipher these actions?

I've been seeing my hot sophomore english (female) teacher since I was a sophomore in high school. We've been making hot sex since the middle of my sophomore year. I am a married lady in my early thirty's I work at a place with more female employees of late I am finding it that more and more coworkers are getting friendly with me . one reason is that i am very intelligent and is always appreciated by all the quarters ,boss students and colleagues. and another could be that i am very good looking tall and slim with a friendly flair with everyone.
But some of the ladies in the past also and recently a coworker woman seems to get attracted towards me . She keeps looking at me and when i happen to notice this she starts looking at other things. she tried to look into my eyes and appericiated me for my looks and personality.
she also tries to be physical whenever she happens to get a chance. and rings me and talk on my mobile if she has a chance. In the past also i had noticed and found womaen getting attracted tome .But I am not into them and moreoverI dont want to be rude and hurt anyone.are theylesbiansand think me too?why they behave like this

Have you ever heard of people from disfunctional backgrounds falling in love with people from similar disfunctional backgrounds?
Well, my father was alchoholic so he was a pretty absent father, then he sexually abused me once when I was only 7 or 8, he commited suicide later. My mom became emotionally distant and very controlling after this.

Well I met this guy who at first I didnt care much for, but then after a period of friendship I deeply fell in love with him, after a while I discovered from conversations that he had pretty absent parents, and that the was sexually abused by a stranger. I have a feeling we liked each other so much cause we understood each other very well becasue of similar backgrounds.

At the end I didnt date him but Ive always wondered if it was actaully good because we may have end up struggling to make a relationship work with the similar traumas and missing pieces of our childhoods.
