Singles & Dating - 18 February 2007

My grandmother is 75 years old and is married to her 2nd husband for 12 years now.. He is always on the go. Go to church every Sunday, still cut hair, and walk 5 miles every morning. He is living life to the fullest. He never spend anytime with my grandmother. He pays all the bills but he is hurting her emotional. She's not active like him because she have had 2 heart attack within 2 years. My question is. He play pinochle with his friends every Sunday and don't come home until 3:00 in the damn morning. Is he cheating . What should my grandmother do.

You know someone for many years, an underlying romantic interest has always been there. You reconnect after many years, but once again you end up pushing that person away. Perhaps it was too soon and you were afraid, regardless you let go of what was real. You knew it when you did it, but are just now realizing 6 months later how much you really screwed up. The person is still hurt, but communicating at a simple level. At what point do things change, if ever. How long can one really wait for forgiveness...perhaps it is asking too much. And how do you overcome a distance that seems like the pot at the end of the rainbow, you can see it but never quite get there.

A few years back this boy used to like me a lot. Then just last year, he started to pay more attention to this other girl, and now we are always trying to make each other jealous (like he will put his arm around a girl if I do the same to a boy) and my friends tell me that he is "trying to fill up the empty space with more girls even though I am the one for him" Is he worth it? I am going to break up with my bf tomorrow but I'm kinda sad because he is like in love with me. That is what basically everyone says. I really don't like him anymore and I just think that we should move on. I still want to be his friend though. How should I do this and be guilt free? I was going to tell one of his friends to tell him because he is in a different grade or would this be even worse? I have never broken up with anyone in face.

Bottom line, I like my friend and I think he likes me back. Though here's the thing. Ok well we both act like little kids and you know that whole flirty thing when you "hit" each other and make fun of each other, but you're really doing it just to get each others attention? Well that's our day-to-day routine. But I can't tell if he does this because he likes me or if that's just his personality. This is where i need help from the guys out there. He does thingy like this; we were walking and he's all hmm i bet there's some cute girls over there, and then looks at me with this little look like he's trying to make me jealous. And he's always pushing me as a joke or wants to measure hands. It sounds ridiculous, and I'm sure that I am over analyzing the whole thing, but is that how all guys act when they like a girl, or does he just do this to all his friend's. In a general perspective, what do you all think?

My ex said she loved me so much she would die for me. I wasn't sure if she was sincere, so I pretended to trip in front of a bus while we were crossing the street. She pushed me out of the way--I could have made it myself--then was struck and killed.

So i want to get to know this guy because he is really cute, but the only times i can see him are at lunch, hallways, rehersals and sometimes when i walk home. The problem is he is 2 years older then me. So its harder for me to try and talk to him. And my family is thinking about moving. So when i do talk to him, he flirts and then i flirt right bak at him. but i'm scared if my family and i move, he'll ask me out or i tell him i like him and i find out he likes me back. so its so hard to know if he likes me or not. but everytime i message him on myspace he doesn't say any thing back. worst of all my friend *not very close though* just a girl in my class is his sister. so it makes it more harder to tell him. or ne one. so i only told my best friends. nd im scared that it might get out and she might tell him. I have been with my boyfriend for 5 years, since high school. We broke up about a month ago because I kissed another guy who I have been friends with for over 2 years. I have a friend, we've been good friends for quite a while over the internet.. and he dates this one chick that I really like.. we internet dated for like 1 week.. and then she started going out with my friend Adrian.. now I don't know what exactly happened, if he told her to break up with me or what or if she just liked him better.

But now I speak on the phone with her and we seem to start liking eachother again.. even tho she's dating my good friend. Like at the end of a call she tells me she loves me.. and when I say I sound like ****, she says no you don't.. little things like that..
