I've liked this one guy for like 5 years and i have told him 3out of the 5 years i wasn;t able to date him because i wasn;t allowed to date until i turned 16 wich i have done now but i'm afraid to tell him now because we are like best friends what should I do?

if you still like him that much and want to try to get involved in a relationship go and tell him...
anyway why ave you told him you were not allowed, were you, are you just afraid of dating with him?
You have to analyze what do you care the most for......his friendship o him as a man.....

What you have to do is get his attention.Like if he's talking about a movie he's seen.Just say I'd love to see that movie,and make eye contact(even if you've seen this movie)May'be he'll offer to take you.Just point him in the right direction.He'll take the bait
