While you guys are watching a movie, or just cuddling. Just look him in the eyes, stare at him, as if you are looking inside his soul and say... I love you and then the kiss.... Damn is that perfect or what? It depends though, if you are already dating or what not. If you are not, just do the same thing, but no kiss... You don't want to kiss someone that doesn't feel the same way. Kiss him after he says, i love you too <3

It all depends on the guy himself. If he's afraid of commitment, telling him you love him could be the WORST thing to say to him, but if he's not, then an open, straight way of saying it is best. Hiding that you love him, may only push him away. If he's afraid of commitment, easing into it might be best, because in the end, it may not matter.

The same way that girls like to be told I love you - by looking them in the eyes after you say you have to tell them something. Hold their hand, and let them know. Let them know it's real some how because anyone can say I love you.
