My boyfriend of four years has complete disregard for my feelings and safety when he has a drink . He has been aggresive with me and called me names, suggested I am having affairs and threatened to cut my legs with glass if I ever cheated. GHe then sobers up and is a s quiet as a mouse and cries for his evil deeds. I am scared of him but also feel heartbroken as I really did love him and miss him at times now I have asked for some space to think. He has explained these incidents as being drunk, but this is false I believe. He still will not stop drinking and binge drinks at times. The rest of the time he is quiet and loving but his other side is dangerous and controlling. What is this about? is it alcohol induced or his personality coming through

ok ive been going out with my boyfriend for 11 months months now and i love him madly and he's the same, its kinda hard to explain he's very good and would do anything to help me out only im finding it hard to understand his way of thinking..he's 22 and was away in america since he was 17 for four years so he's very very independant and went with girls and all but never went steady cause it aint his thing. he's home now over a year adn i met him and ive been mad ever since although he's lovely in every possible way and i really could put my hand on my heart adn say that i know he'd never two time thats how great a guy he is, but he works like mad and be's busy all the time adn can only spend some time with me and i get annoyed cause as all girls would be they want to spend time with there boyfriend but to him that is just the way it is and if he goes out for a night he wouldnt text me at all he'd just wait till he see's me the next day, i no that might sound silly, what do you think?

Me and the ex split up 5 months ago...

We were together for four years.... She dumped me....

She emailed me last week, asking why i was ignoring her/not speaking to her..

I told her b/c she was my ex etc......

we got into a conversation on msn...

I told her that she really hurt me, and she prob' would never undersatnd what she did to me...

She replied with this..

"u seem to think that i was / am fine and it didnt affetct me at all"

the bit that bothers me is the 'am fine' bit, fair enough, but itr was her choice at the end of the day to split up, and thats her prob' Init...?

Sadly, I'm 21 and just got into my first serious relationship. I need to know how to give hickies. I know the basics, putting my mouth on her neck or chest and suck. But I think there just might be more to it than that. If there are any good tecniques please share.

Yesterday one guy who fancies me (he hasn't told me about his feelings yet, but I can tell he's interested) - Fred- sent me a text-message apologising for his teasing me and another guy who I am interested in (Ben). The point is my friendship with Ben seems to grow - we laugh, playfully joke with each other, touch and what not and Fred commented that our feelings started to grow, but Ben started denying it. Though usually when I provocatively joke about the state of our relationship, he says nothing, but smiles. I thought that Fred was just jealous of me becoming closer to Ben. Also Ben joked about Fred liking me, cause it was very obvious. And in a text-message Fred hinted to me that Ben liked me! And they see each other every day, they work with each other... But i'm in a bit of a loss now, because if Ben liked me he would have acted by now...And if this other guy likes me why would he hint that the other one likes me too? Kind of revenge that Ben jokes about Fred's feelings for me?
