well honey i will tell you now its all to do with personality, if you have a nice toned body to match then great its a bonus. its no good having a body that shows your bones. you need to have a body that you feel good in and makes you look healthy. i use to be a skelton and i lood ill then i went to a nice size 12/14 whith my height ( 5ft9in ) brought out all the curves my body naturally had that i never knew i had. So you need to go with what you feel comfortable in and what your body naturally looks like x

The best body shape that you can have is the one that you are most happiest and comfortable with.
As for guys, well we all like different woman whether it be their body shape, character or personality.
And new it doesn't make a difference to the quality of sex you have, its the two people who share that experience which makes the quality.

In some studies it has been found that men do not prefer, generally, super thin model type figures on a woman, but, instead more curvey or Rubenesque type figures.
Sex is about giving, and receiving, so communicate your needs with clarity and a bit of passion, encourage him to do the same, and in time you'll be in a great relationship!

Definitely curvy yet toned. Now you do have to have some curves to start with but I think the most important thing to aim for is a nice toned body. Not necessarily muscular (nothing wrong with muscles on a woman either) but toned up.

there is someone for everyone out there so every size shape and colour are important to someone.
If anyone could bottle what turns people on they would make a fortune. So when you look in the mirror you are looking at someones fancy and dont change a thing just be adorable you.

every guy will not like the same girl. some guys will think that athletic is the best body because she is in shape and taking care of herself. other guys like curvy for the simple fact its constant eye candy and a curvy bottom is more cushion for the pushin. there are guys that like a girl really small and thin, sort of a dominating thing. me personally, i like when they are all combined, like my gf. she is a foot shorter than me, nice round butt, medium chested, and has more energy than i could ever hope for. lol.

a figure depends on the height also. but then too , i feel that 36-26-36 is the best figure. because 10 inch difference in a body is a very good difference.

It has to be the shape you are comfortable with, that will make you the most confident and when you are confident then you are sexy.
If you constantly feel you have to change your shape then I would say you have serious self confidence issues.
The main thing is you have to like yourself, cos if you do then everybody else will like you too, and if they dont well they aint worth bothering with.
