Can anybody confirm wether it is true?

An if it is, is it a better orgasm?

Should I try (not push) to get my GF to experience it?

Please be honest.
thanks.

Here is some usefull information that was posted on another forum some time ago... I feel that this best explains technique. and yesssss it is very true.
YYou wont have to try hard to convince her to let you do this.. she'll be wanting more I promise you. In fact I'd even let her read this and hopefully it will get her juices flowing ....hehehehe

Try this. I know some of you have already but for those who haven't it just blow your minds.

THE TECHNIQUE

Quick Backgrounder

The G&A Spot(s) are a bunch of nerve clusters which trigger endorphines (natural painkillers) during child birth. These nerve concentrations are below the surface and protected. The clit is not protected and the nerves are right on the surface. Any guy who tries to handle a clit roughly usually gets a heel up the side of his head. The GSpot is different. Once it has been triggered you can NOT treat it like a clit. Beat it up! Guys have been taught to be gentle with "that " area. Yes for the clit. NO for the G&A's.

Basic Technique ideas:

#1: Make sure she goes for a tinkle (urinates) just prior to this. The best way to “experiment ” is for the woman to relax over a bunch of pillows, face down, bum up in the air and legs comfortably wide apart. In that position with her guy either at the side, straddling one leg or sort of in the middle, the best way is with his thumb - inserted and pointing down towards the bed. If you press the thumb into the vagina until the heel of the thumb is pressing into her lips the GSpot will be right under the fat part at the end of your thumb. It’s no harder to find than that. It is a small bump roughly the same size as that fat part at the end of your thumb too so it feels a little like there’s another thumb pressing back. (ALL women have this - all women may not react the same way) Start to rub it. You can rub like you’re trying to get a spot out - back and forth or sideways or in a circular motion - it doesn’t matter. DO NOT do it too hard at first but once it puffs up and gets a little hard, that's when you can get rough with it. She'll feel like she has to go for a pee about then. Ignore her. Hold her down. Tell her to go ahead. Ladies you aren't going to pee. It just comes from some kind of build-up and "about to release" feeling. Just hang on and tell him harder or faster to increase that feeling. The first time or two it takes a few minutes. Once you've done it a few times you can usually get the first orgasm in under two minutes - no matter what and then repeats every 30 seconds to a minute for as long as she can stand it. An average night means between 8 and 15 giant "O's". A marathon brings between 35 and 50 !!! Trouble walking the next day but Man) Man is it worth the shakes the next day.

#2 is: when you've triggered an orgasm, wait about 30 seconds, maybe a minute (no more)and then start again. Just as hard. Right away. It'll happen over and over as many times as you repeat it. DO NOT BE GENTLE !! Depending on what kind of shape she’s in, a slightly longer wait between orgasms is wise(ie. let her start to breathe again). My friends described those orgasms as like being hit by a train. It seems to involve the entire body. If they’ve never had a GSpot orgasm they are going to be amazed. When you do it to them again and again they will be astounded.

At that point an option that they all seem to enjoy is once she knows “that feel” she can climb on and ride you and position herself so that the end of your erection is hitting the same spot your thumb was hitting. She can then have a huge orgasm about every 10 to 20 downstrokes and keep that up until she melts or passes out. Then it’s time to cuddle.

One word of warning, guys, NEVER have her squat over your face, suck her clit and poke her GSPOT with your fingers. She will *** so hard and her pelvic thrusts will be so out of control that she will BREAK YOUR NOSE. Trust me on this. To combine the two (oral on the clit AND Gspot) she should be on her back and your face should be sideways to her.

A squirt doesnt have to be accompanied with an orgasm as well well when there is excessive wetness there are squirts and sometimes there could be an orgasm at the same time also.

This is a topic that I have discussed a great deal in the past with counselors, rape victims and even here on Yahoo Answers and in other online forums. I have read a great deal on rape and I had seen the article you cited in the past while researching the topic too. The reason I had invested so much time on it is because I was a victim of a rape about 4 1/2 years ago by a stranger when I was 18 and have struggled to find answers to the question you've posed as well as others. It is usually thought of as not being PC or polite and people start getting very defensive about it. Well, exploring and trying to find out the truth is not helped by closing one's eyes to things we rather not believe. I think that the answer to the question as to why do some females orgasm during a sexual assault or rape is that all of the various explanations have some validity, but none of them tell the entire story in the case of every individual victim of the crime. First of all, orgasms in women being raped are not frequent, but they are not uncommon either. In the study you cite, about 5% to 21% of women interviewed in the studies surveyed reported having an orgasm when they were raped. Researchers have hypothesized that the actual figure is probably a bit higher in reality due to victims being understandably embarrassed both by the rape and by having achieved an orgasm during unwanted, forced sexual relations. Around 20% seems to be a likely, real-word figure. Why would almost 1 in 5 women have an orgasm during the rape? Conditions probably have to be right. What you mentioned about long enough stimulation of the erogenous zones is probably often correct, because most women unless highly aroused prior to penetration don't orgasm quickly during the act and the man is likely to finish before she has had a chance to have an orgasm. So it is likely that in some case the rapist engaged in various kinds of foreplay during the assault. But, at least 20% of women like me have a highly sensitive g-spot and achieve orgasm during intercourse very frequently and fairly easily at times. That might explain why some women might orgasm even during a short violent rape. In fact in one study even several women who were beaten up during the rape still had orgasms just from intercourse. I would think that they also had to be women with an active G-spot. It also might be that physiological and adrenaline response that you see often referred to in some articles too. But other researchers question whether a woman can really have an orgasm unless at some point she wants the orgasm to take place in some part of her mind at least. They say that women just cannot have an orgasm unless she concentrates on it a bit. If this is true, is it because of our biological heritage from cave man times like you wonder? Perhaps it is for some women at least. Although we now live in civil society (at least in the developed world) humans were hunter/gatherers and cave dwellers for a far longer part of our history than they have been civilized. Our thousands of years long history as cave dwellers and hunters can't be erased in our genes and predispositions after only about 5000 years of civilization. Some women probably do at some unconscious level respond to a man taking control of her physically and having sex with her by dominating her physically even to the point of responding in the extreme case like during a rape. Many women engage in play with their bf's or husbands which are like a play or role played rape in some manner, so it obviously again something that just turns some women on. Altogether, it is just a fact that some of us will orgasm during a rape. The explanation is complex, but the bottom line is that whether or not a woman orgasms, if she is raped it is an experience that will haunt her unless she receives support, counseling and understanding in order to deal with the complex and deep emotions caused by the experience.

I think it needs a very intense muscular control for doing that. Yes, this is possible but it's more of the girl's effort rather than the guy's.
