This presumes that you enjoyed spending time together at the dance (a singles dance) and found her fun. And that she tells you on the first date or in a telephone call/e-mail after the dance but before the first date? Would you be angry, hurt? Could you give it a chance?

its been 2 months now he dumped me on msn and we haven't spoken since and although i hate him for being a coward and not breaking up with me to my face, i still care for him but i want to get over him! i do my best to avoid him but we go to the same college a college which i have 15 months left of!
When we do see each other we never make any eye contact, well i don't anyway but today i saw him watching me from across the street. he didn't see me looking due to me wearing a hoodie but how did he know it was me? i saw him in the corner of my eye and just carried on walking but seeing his face again only for a second brought back the memories and it really hurt, that and the fact this was the first time in months i had seen him look at me the way he once did. PLEASE HELP why does he now look at me does he not know that it just makes it harder for me?has anyone been in the same boat how did you cope with seeing them??

I split up with a guy a week ago having been seeing him for 7 months. 10 days ago we were talking about buying houses together but then he got an ear bashing at work as he's not been meeting targets in a high pressure job. Over the past 7 months he's had a close family member die, his mum had a big operation & so have I followed by lots of other health problems. Do you think it's just a case of it's all got too much for him or should I try to move on? He's always been the one pushing for commitment before & says I'm the only girl he's ever been in love with. I am now very confused but know I'm madly in love with him. HELP!

I dated a guy 3 years ago. We've been broken up for over a year now. I've dated 1 other guy, when that ended I got an email from my first boyfriends best friend (whom I had already known and talked to before/after the relationship) wondering how I was doing and such, we've been talking again for a few weeks and today he asked me if I'd come visit him and his friends (who I had also known and been friends with. keep in mind he lives 5 hours away) he then proceeded to tell me that he wanted to take me out on a date, and told me that he had already asked my ex BF if that would be ok. I just think its kind of odd for me to talk to, let alone go to a different city to see my ex boyfriends best friend(and other friends). Advice, questions, comment, concerns are all appreciated. I'm so confused right now...Would you go? Would it feel weird.

So me and my girlfriend have been going out (Not terribly long).
Some people think we're a cute couple, Others not so much. [Since she's a freshman, and i'm a senior]

One day we have a passionate discussion and she tells me she wants us to last a long time, i have no problem with that.

The next day i get a text from her that tells me her feelings have suddenly changed and doesnt think we should be together

I take it non-chalant, if she had lied about loving me, why should i care, right?

We talk and she tells me she was being stupid, and that she loved me, but made the point that she didnt see me in her future and reacted on that.

But now she wants to take back what she said. I basicly said she killed my faith in her if she can contradict herself so quickly, she doesnt know what love is.

I didn't give her a second chance, but should i have? Because it's not to late to go back to her. But it's happened to me before and i was never satisfied. Comments? Suggestions?

I'm seeing this guy been with for about 2 yrs. that is really rude sometime. He drives a truck and drag races. I go on a lot of trips with him but sometime he'll just come out of the blues tells me get my bags get out the truck and walk. I break down then he tells me he's sorry and I don't know how to take it. He says I don't know how to take a joke but that's not a joke. What should I do?

I've been in a relationship for three months. I really like my girl. She's great, but there just isn't that feeling! (The L word, God it freaks me out just to think of it.) I'm worried that soon she'll say I L you...What do I do. Do I say I L you too, without really meaning it, or just say thanks!!! I mean when the time is right I’d be glad to say it. We've even discussed this and she's been dropping hints lately which are scaring me. Like one time when she was away at the end of her email she was like.. It's been really hard for me. I've never been rejected before so I'm scared. I think he likes another girl because it seems like hes flirting with her but I can't really tell. My previous question didn't get alot of answers so I'm looking for a little more advice. Two days ago, I saw my friend get rejected, which made me more nervous but it really hasn't gotten around yet. Ok I was out last weekend at a bar celebrating my twin cousins birthday, anyways I see my other cousin there also with his friend, and my cousin introduced his friend to me, and we hit it off right away. Anyways he and I flirted with each other all night, and we exchanged phone numbers and I called him and told him "hi this is so and so, just seeing what you are up too, and I will give you a call back later"
What do I do?? Should I call him back?? How long should I wait, My cousin did say he is hard to get a hold of, I don't want to seem like I'm obsessing over him, but he is really cute, and is a nice guy.
