NO!!!!! Love is like floating on a cloud. Having no worries. Being free and happy every second. Not caring what anyone thinks or anyone says. You can be yourself with someone else. It is seeing yourself in another soul! Being intimate with someone. Talking about anything or anyone. When you are with that person nothing matters anymore. You are addicted to that person. You just CAN'T get enough of them. You need them and long for them with such desperation. You think about them night and day. It is a beautiful thing. If you are lucky enough to have it like i have....you will know. Love is different and beautiful for everyone. It comes in many forms. Love can't be described in a second, in a day, in a lifetime. When you find love...nothing will matter. You will do ANYTHING for that person....anything.

Love is kindness, a willingness to share feelings and responsibilities with and for someone else. Love is sacrifice and Even hard work. Love is two way open communication. Love is not about pain or manipulation or jealousy or mistrust nor neglect nor silence!

In my humble opinion and also my dreams. Love is understanding, the acceptance of yr parteners faults, the feeling that they need you but are not needy, that they will always be there for you, even if they do not understand what you are doing or why, the mutual appriciation that you would do anything for each other but each other wud never expect or ask the other to go against there morals, the feeling that you are yrself and can freely express yr needs and wants and that they will be given due consideration and understanding. the feeling that you can be yrself around your partner and not be judged for your decsions but supported. the feeling of worth, warmth, affection, there are many more but bascially acceptance for who you are are. communication, tolerance, understanding and support are all key features of love but have to be equal from both sides

The first thing I thought of when I read this was Haddaway's song "What is Love?". But I must be serious. Love is a feeling and is a real thing(if you are not a cynic). It is not what you mentioned. See the characteristics of love below.
“Love is patient; love is kind
and envies no one.
Love is never boastful, nor conceited, nor rude;
never selfish, not quick to take offense.
There is nothing love cannot face;
there is no limit to its faith,
its hope, and endurance.
In a word, there are three things
that last forever: faith, hope, and love;
but the greatest of them all is love.”

I can proudly say I have never been in love to date... Maybe soon... I've been told that I'm incapable of real love because the person I love beyond all others is myself. That may be true, but it doesn't mean I can't share myself with others (do you get what I'm saying... ) Anyway, I hope that I can try that feeling one day. But from what I gather it's more annoying than rewarding... Although the rewards (they say) are very beautiful...

Love is a touch of the sublime. Unfortunately for me, I'm an aesthete and I am completely obsessed with beauty. I love my boyfriend because he is beautiful. I do everything and anything for him when he is in front of me and I am at the mercy of his beauty, but when we're apart, it doesn't seem like such a big deal. This is love because of the feeling of the sublime when I see him, but it's not a deep down love, it's shallow, but oh well, it's better than nothing.

love is one hella good feeling......
silence, neglect, mistrust, manipulation personally doesnt include in love. love substitude.....yes!
worship.....sure! i hope we all worship our partners.....duty.....i dont know if it would refer to anything that have something to do with love.....unless you take love as being obligated to show someone certain feelings towards another who probably truly love you.
