So me and my girlfriend have been going out (Not terribly long).
Some people think we're a cute couple, Others not so much. [Since she's a freshman, and i'm a senior]
One day we have a passionate discussion and she tells me she wants us to last a long time, i have no problem with that.
The next day i get a text from her that tells me her feelings have suddenly changed and doesnt think we should be together
I take it non-chalant, if she had lied about loving me, why should i care, right?
We talk and she tells me she was being stupid, and that she loved me, but made the point that she didnt see me in her future and reacted on that.
But now she wants to take back what she said. I basicly said she killed my faith in her if she can contradict herself so quickly, she doesnt know what love is.
I didn't give her a second chance, but should i have? Because it's not to late to go back to her. But it's happened to me before and i was never satisfied. Comments? Suggestions?

I see you like roller coaster rides because that's how she's riding you. Don't play the game with her, she obviously is not on your level and you need someone who will be up front and honest about their feelings toward you. You deserve much better and please don't give her a second thought.

Loving someone and being in love means, accepting that the person is totally imperfect and will do and say things that are irrational and misguiding. Being in love with that person, should bring forgiveness.
I think that you are both young and spirited, the whole involvement and stating how much love, you both have for each other, brings a responsibility to each other that can seem overwhelming. If you love her, then accept that she momentarily had cold feet, then realised that she does love you. If you can walk away that easily then you do not have a future together. Sometimes in life, one needs to show a humble side. Forgiveness is graceful. If it dosent work out, then what have you lost? At least you had exhausted every avenue. No regrets then. I hope you works things out. Good luck to you both.

Maybe she was just confused. it happens to all of us. You know? if it happens like 2 more times i would not get back into the relationship, you know she is really unsure about the relationship, and wouldn't you want to be with someone u know loves you?!??! So....give her a second chance, no biggie, just if it happens a couple more times...you know something is up and find out what the heck it is!

3 strikes and out. Cold feet is one thing, maybe twice if she has had bad relationships in the past. 3rd time kick her @r$£ out.
But give her a couple of chances first, a relationship is never perfect or easy, and modern media makes people want it all and want it now. Life don't work that way.

You would be wise to chalk up this girl's behaviour to immaturity and move on. A couple of years, at your age, can be a world apart in maturity and compatibility. Check out the Senior ladies...and leave her to her mood swings. You will be doing yourself a major favor.

I strictly live by this code, Always go with your first mind and stick with it, It's called trusting your instincts and that's exactly what you did that was real smart on your part just stay strong and continue with listening to your head not your heart, sometimes when you listen to your heart chances are it could be broken, not saying never think with your heart but nowadays it seems best to think with your head rather than your heart.

Do u love her? If so give her another chance. She was just probably scared about being serious with a guy.

if she didnt think you were good enough to keep what all of a sudden changed her mind ...shes young its hard to tell what was going through her head and its probably best you didnt take her back because she has to find herself
