there are rumors going around my school that the boy i asked to Sadie Hawkins, who, might i add, said yes, might only be going with me because he couldn't get anyone else and that he really doesn't like me. Should i confront him? Or would that just be way too awkward?

When I was in middle school, I had so many friends because I was outgoing, I really didn't care about education, all I care about was hanging out with friends.

When I went to high school, I graduated early, I was 16 years old and I went to college. Now, I just turned 18, I became serious about my education. I have no friends but I do have family that are my friends.

My so called best friend, don't hang out with me because she thinks I'm too boring. I don't hang out with guys like her and I don't flirt with guys like her. I don't have no boyfriend, I'm just focus on graudating school and making my mom proud.

Am I boring? What if I don't find my dream guy because I'm too boring?

Ok so at my school there selling Carnations for a dollar and theres this Guy i like and i think he likes me to cause he flirts with me i was woundering if itd be a good idea to write "Wanna hang out sometime? for the past week all I have thought about is this super cute girl ive met and hung out with a few times. we called each other, texted, etc, but over the past few days we havent talked as much or hung out.

today i invited her to lunch
her response: "ahh i would but I just got asked to lunch like 15min ago by a couple of my sisters! sorry"

by sisters she means sorority sisters (were in college).

anyways..I am wondering if I should just not text/call her for all of today/night and see if she contacts me as a way of seeing if she is missing me, or if that is a terrible idea and I should take the initiative because she is waiting?

im 18 and i do know that he is seriously in love with me and i do love him but im so worried bout what other pepole are ghoing to be thinking that im really starting to doubt that its going to work, he thinking bout ending current relationship-becasuse hes unhappy!- bt id feel bad i think i dont know- we get on really really well and we've worked through some problems together and the only thing holding me back is what my family or peolple will think- im not usually one to care about what others think though- any advice would be really appreciated so what should i do?

It's half term and im away on valentines. I called my bf this evening and asked if we could meet. Stuff's been pretty crap between us recently (not like arguing or anything, just not much contact) but i recon it's just a phase. We didn't talk much... Neither of us said anything about valentines. We'll probably meet next weekend and go iceskating or something. We usually get on really well with sparks flying but I always let my bad winter blues get in the way of our happiness. I want to re-ignite the spark but I'm not sure how and valentine's seems to make it worse coz it just adds pressure. Any suggestions?

Every year in highschool on Valentines day, the school newspaper would have a few pages where people could buy a 2 inch square and put a note to someone. Every year, I'd open it up and check every square, hoping to find a note for me. But I never found one... I was always lonely, dreaming dreams of love that have yet to be recognized.

Based on this convo I had with her

me: I see. how tall are you?
girl: 5'6
me: do you wear heels?
girl: sometimes...it depends on who im with
me: like a date or socializing?
girl: actually it depends on if the guy im with will still be taller than me...i have this thing where guys have to be tall
me: im 6'1
girl: usually when im with friends i wear sneakers unless we are dressed up
girl: well then id wear heels, lol

From there, is she saying that she wants to go out with me?
Is she inferring she'd don her heels for me?

The next time we talked, I asked her if she missed me and she said "Of course!". Then when I asked her out for Valentine's day she told me she'd like to think about it and then promised to get back to me. We met online and have been emailing each other and chatting for only a few weeks.

i have been with tom for 4yrs and we are to marry next summer.he has been divorced for 5yrs with a 7yr old child.the problem is his exwife she treats me like a doormat(tells me what i can and can't do with thier child,talks badly about me to our freinds+family ect)and all my bf does is makes excusses why he will not stand up for me(can't control what she says,don't want to make waves for his son ect)becuase he has joint custody of his son i have to deal with her all the time.now to makes matters worse after all she does to me hes nice to her(listens to her health problems,changes his childs visatation schedule around to help her out,basicly does what ever she whats)why when he knows how upset i get does he do this?why can't he stand up to her?hes the one who left her because she was so controlling to me it seems she still is

I'm going out with this really nice guy who asked me out at the last clubnight. Before he was all over my friendbut when he asked her out she said no. Anyway she's in all of his classes and im in none of his classes so everytime i see him... my friends there having a laugh with him. I didn't mind.
