You talk to girls like you talk to anyone else. Girls are just people like anyone else. You need to check your reality and get over the unrealistic fear you conjured up in your mind about the opposite sex. I suggest you look up the book "Double your Dating" by David DeAngelo and put yourself on the path to manhood. If you take proactive steps today in about a year you will have gained some mastery in dealing with women. Starting the conversation is the easy part. Creating attraction and knowing what right action to take at the different stages is an altogether different ball game kid!!!

First, learn to spell properly. If you don't take the time to make your message clear, why should anyone else take the time to give it any consideration?
Next, treat women as you should treat everybody - with respect, kindness, and consideration for their feelings. That is the mark of a true gentleman.
Next, try just a basic introduction. Introduce yourself, and inquire about interests you may have in common (school, hobbies, etc).

Hi is a good start. After she says hi, then you say that you aren't and you can't believe that she's already bringing drugs into this relationship already.
But don't say it in a serious manner, say confidently and playfully, because you can say the most idiotic things, like telling her her *** looks like a sack of clam chowder, and if you say it in a playful confident manner, then she'll just laugh.
