I have an Yatch in monaco (2 years old), a ferrari (1 year old) and a wife (26 years old), which Item should I renew ?

B) I'm assuming you mean which one should you replace with a newer model?
C) Your wife should be looking at you like you're insane for even asking this.
D) To actually answer your question you should replace the yacht. The advances in style and technologies make replacing a yacht much more logical that replacing a Ferrari.
By the way; being as how you have a two year old yacht and a one year old Ferrari....Can I borrow your checking account?

Wow, what a question. Well it sounds like everything is pretty new and hopefully your wife will never get to old for you. So maybe you should keep all the above and get somehitng diffrent like a four wheeler or maybe a kid, but then you might have to replace all of the above.
