Well, "Hello" always seems to work out fine. I wouldn't ask about the weather, though. If you both can look out the window, you can see the weather. Not much to chat about there. Compliment her hair, or if you just want to talk to her, try something like, "Do you listen to...(insert name of your favorite band here)?" Then, after a while, ask her out. Quite simple.

first of all you just got to relax, you know be yourself.
talk about things that you think might interest her like food, news, things that you think that she may like. If shes older talk about older people things, if shes young talk about school... what you say all depends on what type of mood you guys are in okay!
so just remember to relax and talk about things that you think might interest her.. if shes not a big sports fan... than football probably isnt the best choice!

tell her straight out how u feel and that whenever u see her you feel somehting that u have never felt for any other girl before...make her feel like she is the most wonderful thing that can ever happen to u...and that u want her to be her girlfriend...then she has to luv u...cuz if a guy did that to me i know that i will fall for him....
