Ok I was out last weekend at a bar celebrating my twin cousins birthday, anyways I see my other cousin there also with his friend, and my cousin introduced his friend to me, and we hit it off right away. Anyways he and I flirted with each other all night, and we exchanged phone numbers and I called him and told him "hi this is so and so, just seeing what you are up too, and I will give you a call back later"
What do I do?? Should I call him back?? How long should I wait, My cousin did say he is hard to get a hold of, I don't want to seem like I'm obsessing over him, but he is really cute, and is a nice guy.

If you do not want to seem like you are obsessed with him then you cant call him or text him again. Sorry to say that but trust me on that one. He is the one who suppose to chase you and not you. Right now you are the first one that decided to make a step not him so you already made your move. Now its his turn. So let him make his turn and if it have to wait for week or two the let it be. He will call if he is interested. If not then he never seriously was into you and flirting was just because of the situation. It happens. But i seriously believe he will call you soon unless you will start pressuring him. It also depends on how fast after flirtatious night you called him and left him a voicemail. It if was same night or day after you most likely scared him. But then again i had a situation where i just text a guy a sec after i left him and once he seen my phone on his called id he called me right back and we hanged pretty soon after that. So it all depends on situation and how much he really liked you. Good luck!
