I've learned that there are so many men that like it when they can control me and tell me what to do, but I've never started a relationship whith them because I don't need a daddy. I am better off standing my ground or Am I being too strong headed and need to submit and commit. Do you really like a quite passive woman when you start a relationship. Go on Be honest.

I have a problem with my new girlfriend. Valentine's Day is coming up and she has already put a deposit on a very expensive watch for me. She was checking to see whether I liked it and showed me a picture of it. It is an awesome watch and I like it. My GF is living with her parents , because of financial trouble after a divorce. She has just finished paying off her debts and is looking for a house ( to rent or own ). I am not a real fan of hallmark holidays like sweetest day and Valentine's day, but I do enjoy the extra little romance that does come with it. I'm considering telling her to get her money back and save it. I know that this would hurt her feeling, but I would feel guilty as ever wearing around her house or apartment on my wrist. I also wonder if this is her way of trying to buy my affection. So, Should I ask her to take it back or should I accept it graciously or is this an attempt to lock me in with guilt? I will be there for her no matter what happens.

I have waited for 9 years looking for my love.I found her and know that I love her with every fiber even though she isnt perfect to others I think she is wonderful.A auburn haired ballerina ,28 yrs old,a school teacher,in El Paso txwe dated for 3 months and then after a visit home she dumped me out of the blue.She was supposed to marry a guy 6 months ago and I wonder if he contacted her and she dumped me to go back to him.I treated her with love and kindness and the excuse she used to break up sounded flimsy.I want to wait for her as Iknow I love her,am I crazy.What are the chances she would return after a while or have I lost her to someone who treated her horribly and dumped her.I have never felt this about another woman ,ever,and am torn apart every day thinking of her.I have no desires for another.

Theres a shy guy in work who i think he likes me but cant be sure as hes shy also and doesnt seem to ever have a gf, The thing is i really felt from him that he liked me but now im not so sure or even if its me not sending strong enough signals that i like him due to me having a bad patch with my self estem/confidence. I have been on two work dos and made my best to look nice to draw his attention but that hasnt really worked as hes always been surrounded by the guys. So i backed off but now when i go and talk to him which isnt very often as i finish the convo he says something to keep me talking so i cant make up my mind. Its like hes been trying to get a dvd off his mate to lend me and he came up to me and said im sorry i havent been able to get it. If he didnt like me why go out of his way to tell me that? The signals from him are the obvious ones remembering stuff,showing an interest,eye contact but i just dont know as hes not a great initator

I have a really good guy friend who is a player. I totally know this and accept it about him. I enjoy our friendship and tease him about his many women. I have never betrayed him. Lately he's been talking to a really nice girl. I was encouraged by this, but now I find that he just wants to have sex with her because she is a virgin at the age of 23. He finds this to be a challenge and it's a turn-on for him. I think this is sick. She's a med student, deeply religious...just not the kind of girl he normally gets involved with. I have this girl's email address (yeah I sortof snooped). She's coming to visit him (she lives out of state) in late February. I'm really tempted to warn her that he's a great friend, but that his intent is to con her into having sex with him. I realize my friendship with him may be over, but this seems so wrong. Should I do it or mind my own business? Would she believe me anyway?

... I drove down to visit my mother last weekend... we were very happy to see each other... we stayed up really late drinking wine and talking about things in general....after about 3 bottles of wine, my menory gets really fuzzy..and we woke up on the sofa together...partially disrobed...i mean the crucial parts were disrobed.... i know a lot of girls ask this question............but seem to get nowhere like myself. I have dated like only 4 guys my entire life, im 20 but be turning 21. I know im still young but sometimes i think all guys are the same. I had boyfriends who cheated on me, who couldnt care less... Sometimes i think that marriage will never happen to me coz im afraid of having to suffer and live in hell.
