Looks and Money do not matter. What I would like to date would be a guy that had respect for me and the people around him. Thoughtful and Kind. Now if both these two fictious men you decribe have these qualities then I would rather date the rich ugly guy.

which one of them is the funny guy - i would go with the funny guy.
if you really want an answer - neither, I dont like to not pay my own way - women fought for equal rights - I dont believe we can pick and choose when we use them and I am guessing the ugly rich guy would want to splash out on a woman just to impress her as he prob doesn't get laid very much. And I wouldnt want to date someone who was more interested in his looks and appearance than me.

Well you would have to be pretty shallow to judge people on looks alone.Obviously it helps if you are attracted to someone but it all very well being with a good looking man but if he is a complete **** then if you settle down with that person he will eventually loose his looks and then you are left with someone you didn't particularly like who has lost his looks aren't you.
But then again to date someone just for the money is even worse in my opinion because that person has feeling's too.
I would rather be with someone who is good to be with regardless of money or looks in the end all that is superficial
A good personality will always outshine looks and money in my books

If you give me just these 2 options, I would choose the really good looking with no money.Why? I was until recently with somebody who actually looked pretty good and had plenty of money. I never asked him anything because he had more than enough money,no gifts no nothing,he only took me something if he wanted to. However,when we talked about buying ourselves a home,even a small one to live togheter,well then he just got mad because my parents didn`t have that much money to contribute in a significant manner. And although he had money he didn`t want to spend them,not even for himself.. Everything he bought was as cheap as possible!!!!! So please,there are other a lot more important issues than money!!!!!

Could go either way, To me honestly, it's not what he looks like but how he acts. The honest truth I would live dirt poor if I really was trying his best in life. The more motivated he is the more I like them.
I would rather be with a guy that works his butt off and gets next to nothing. Other than a guy who sits on his a s s and is a billionaire

definatly ugly and rich. You should think about ure future. Sure they might be poor and hot, but you'll be regretting that when u have a really high mortgage and might go bank rupt. If it means living a lifestyle of luxury, i'll take the ugly and rich!!

I'm dating a not so "really good looking" guy with no money... It really doesn't matter... There is something about him that made me want to f**k him the first time I laid my eyes on him,and when he made me laugh, and made me feel protected, that was it... After one year that feeling is still present... ;)

A really good looking guy with no money. Money doesn't matter that much to me. Plus we can have plenty of fun without spending money!! ;) He would atleast need to have a job but if he had expenses I wouldn't care if he couldn't spend money on me.
