Theres a shy guy in work who i think he likes me but cant be sure as hes shy also and doesnt seem to ever have a gf, The thing is i really felt from him that he liked me but now im not so sure or even if its me not sending strong enough signals that i like him due to me having a bad patch with my self estem/confidence. I have been on two work dos and made my best to look nice to draw his attention but that hasnt really worked as hes always been surrounded by the guys. So i backed off but now when i go and talk to him which isnt very often as i finish the convo he says something to keep me talking so i cant make up my mind. Its like hes been trying to get a dvd off his mate to lend me and he came up to me and said im sorry i havent been able to get it. If he didnt like me why go out of his way to tell me that? The signals from him are the obvious ones remembering stuff,showing an interest,eye contact but i just dont know as hes not a great initator

If your interested as well ask him privately if he wants to go out - choose a place he knows and has been but not too crowded, remember if he is shy a bit of time with just you and him should get him out of his shell. At first you might need to be the one to start conversations but don't seem desprate. Oh and don't make hime feel like he is being shy. My last peice of advice is have a freind call you after 20-30 minutes just to make sure your ok, and so you can have an excuse for going. I.E. I gotta go someones just been rushed to hospital

If hes shy and like you he wont understand your signals but more so wont know how to approach and impress a girl which will be very upsetting for him if he likes you not knowing how to get you to like him so you and he can touch and kiss each other.
You need to make the first obvious moves.
Hes propabley scared you will hate him and stop being friends and laugh or accuse him of being some kind of perve or get him sacked for harrashemnt of something if you find out he likes you etc.
You need to let him know its ok for him to see you that way, you are available, you like him and he can mess up trying to approach you and you still like him...
That its ok for him to check out your boobs, butt truy and tocuh you kiss you and stare at you

it sounds like you have a conection and the best thing to do is go out to lunch or a drink after work if possible its better than asking them on a date.
just meet outside the office and see how things go from there

I think he wasnt sure at same thing you are not sure. I think its the best for you to face up yourself to him and tell him the truth the way he behave. You have to be yourself to tell him if you like him. It will help him to be a man and take you right away.

talk to him.tell him that you like him and would like to hang out outside of work.tell him pretty much what you jus said in your ?. I kno its weird for a girl to go for the guy adn make the first move but sometimes its jus gotts be done
