Singles & Dating - 27 January 2007

My boyfriend and i have been together for only 9 months. We are both in the situation that its time to move out of our parents but for different reasons. I still think it will be a few months till either of us are full ready. So im just wondering is that too soon to move in together. I think in a way it may do well for our relationship as his parents are alot older than mine so i cant spend as much time there as i would like.

i just turned 15 and i don't have a boyfriend and i kinda don't want one yet.
I dont really like being in relationships cause i dont see a point in having them so young if you know they won't last, and are just gonna cause unneccessary pain. Or i just dont like anyone. My friends sometimes think its wierd.
Am i wierd for thinking this way?

My "guy friend" that's been extreemly flirty this past year *not complaining.* When he asked me out I said yes. That was 2 weeks ago and he hasn't talked to me since then. Does he really like me as much as he says he does or is he just being a prick?

Whenever I'm with a girl alone, I can never have a conversation with her because I can never start one. I usually choke and we just sit there all quietly. Thats why I dont get many of girls. I'm not really despirate for a GF, I just wanna be able to have an interresting (and a little humorous) conversation and carry it on so that girls will like me more. I go to an all boys school so i can't really talk to them about school too much. I'm not great at making up jokes or fun disses on the spot. I wanna make her laugh more than one time or just be interrested in what we're talking about. Is there any tips i can get for this? Thanks everyone (by the way, im a freshman)

i never got over him from when we did go out though
in june last yearr

tonight i was talking to him on myspace

Theres this guy who i have liked for the past three months. Over time we started to talk more and become pretty close as friends. And just a week or two ago, one of my best friends told me that he liked me. He would text me everyday and flirt in his own sweet and subtle way. We went out to lunch together and had a great time but just recently things have been kind of at a stand still. He doesnt text much anymore, and we still hang out lots but he doesnt seem as interested. My best friend still says he still likes me he just doesnt want a relationship right now. which i totally understand. so yesterday i was at the game with him and a couple other of my friends and this new girl is all over her and he's loving it. I was bummed but shook it off. Today he didnt call or text as usual, but the new girl just called me and told me that he was with Him and was wondering what i was doing. (apparently to make me jealous) If he still likes me,why did he call her? i cant let him go!! help!

My bf and I were having a conversation about cheating the other day and he said something that surprised me. While we both agree cheating is wrong, he said that he believes it is much worse for a girl to cheat than a guy. I don't agree bc cheating is cheating to me! What do you all think? Me and a good friend of mine stopped talking about a month ago and here is the scenario. For about a year her and I were GREAT friends but never made a bf and gf situation out of it. But it got to the point where we treated each other like it and almost like we were official and it didn't need to be finalized by words. But a month ago out of nowhere she starts dating some guy she knew for a week and suddenly he was her life. I really love her and feel stupid about our friendship getting all messed up. But people are telling me I shouldn't even bother with her and other say I should try talkin to her and make it all good. I am so confused and need any hep i can get. Thanks so much!

i had always been fond of knowledge of the human instinct, but what makes us go beyond our capabilites? is it the urge to prove something to ourselves? i had always asked myself this question.. and it led me to realize how important sex is in life, for me it is not how you do or how you perform it, it is how you understand it in a positive way that makes your self openminded in the real world. i wonder how you would feel about it? is being a sex guru worth the while?

Hi, my name is Lucy I am 18 and will be heading off for college soon but I don't want to leave my boyfriend, well my mom's boyfriend. We have been having a secret affair for 3 years and I love him very much. He is the only person besides my dad (who is 1,000 miles away) to show me any sort of kindness. We read each other poetry, go for long walks and can just sit and talk for hours. I don't want to leave him, I don't know if I will ever find anyone like him. I have no problem leaving my mom she doesn't even know I exist anyway so it won't be much of a change. I don't mean cakey face makeup...but like eyeshadow in dark colors and eyeliner and something that's obvious you're wearing a lot of makeup or a little makeup that makes your eyes stand out more but look a lot cleaner without so much dark colors and smears everywhere? What about hair? Natural light brown or funky bleach blonde highlights?

me and my boyfriend are in a bad spot. he loves me and if i didn't verbaly say i am unhappy. he would have no clue. i have almost no fealing left for him. i think some of it is due to our long distance relationship over the phone. and the fact that we don't have alot in commen. well...... he dose not hate anything i love or the other way around. we are interested in the same subjects but not in the same way. ex. i am concerned about my metal band playing shows, he is concerned about mosh pits at metal shows. so it is yes but no. Do you like the neutral(lip gloss and mascara) look or the whole make up look(foundation,lipstick,gloss,eyeliner,eye shadow,lip liner,blush)??? I used to wear a lot of make up to make this guy think I look pretty, but is that really what catches your attention???
