theres this guy i often see but i dont no him, but i think hes really cute so i try and smile at him, today he smiled back but also looked nervous i just want to no do you think many guys smile back to just be polite or does it means they are interested?

i dont agree this smile is for polite as he is nervous he is intersted in you ,and the love started in nerves of his body .

If you have smiled at him before, but he hasnt returned your smile until today and then acted nervous about it, maybe he is interested. He would be the only one that could tell you for sure.
