I developed feelings for a female co-worker. She recently broke up with a long-term boyfriend (with him for about 8 months) and I told her how I felt. She said she was not ready for a relationship, but thought it could be a possibility down the road. I am glad I got that off my chest. However, I am still puzzled as to what she thinks of me. We remain close emotionally, there is some light touching, etc. However, she does not seem to want to do much with me outside of work. She rarely talked about her boyfriend (or potentials), she never talks about girls with me (e.g. you should go out with someone), She claimed that she really never thought (positive or negative) about a further relationship between the two of us, even though people have told us to our face we are like husband/wife. She rarely complements me, but never says kiss of death things like "you're just a good friend" or "you are like a brother" I know she cares deeply for me, but she has not expressed it. Any thoughts?

There is a girl at my church that use to be nice to me when she sees me in school. One time i was really far from her when she called my name so loud. Now she's a little bit unconfortable with me for example when she sees me comin she might turn awy or go in another direction. if we were already close, she either say something to me or i say something to her but i feel like she doesn't have a problem with me. There are a lot of girls at my church that seem to be looking at me and turn away when i catch them but i never really had a conversation with none of them. One time i asked a girl at my church something and she told me that's the first time she ever heard me talk.Yesterday nigh after church, i saw a girl standing by my car. When i got closer, it was the girl i talked about in the begining. She asked me if i had a girlfriend. I smiled and she started smiling. she told me that she has a friend that really has a crush on me. She saw me this morning and she started smiling. Help!!!!

I have this hunch that a guy friend of mine likes me. he is in the marines and leaving for Iraq on January 12 2007.

He just got out a relationship and is doing fine but he also likes my best friend. and i dont care about him any more than just a friend but i feel like im in a bad situation. i know that my best friend will say no to him if he asks her but i dont want him to leave on a bad not with us and i dont want him thinking that we care any less about him. i also dont want him to think we wont miss him or that he doesnt have anything to come home to relationship wise.

What should i say to him?

the thing is he ia amazing. he is kind, sensitive, sweet, funny. everything a girl can want but i just dont feel the way he does.

We were supposed to go out again tonight and she hasnt' returned my calls. I know it wasn't me. What's the deal? It's been a week now and she's always returned my calls and has taken lengths to get back to me in the past. I know she's trying to buy a house and it's the holidays but am I kidding myself?

Okay, when my bf wasn't talking to me and being open it would make me really angry, well still does cuz he wont open up to me. Well, when he got angry today because he was in a bad mood i was trying to get him to tell me what was wrong. He wouldn't tell me. So I said, "well you can call me when you decide to tell me what's wrong or when you're not mad and taking it out on me". then hung up without saying i love you. Then i felt bad, because i do love him and he's having a hard time it's just hard on me too. So i called him right back five minutes later. He said that was no reason for me to hang up on him. then he said bye and hung up. i got him again and he finally listened and i told him i was sorry for always trying to make him talk to me when he didnt want to, and that i wasn't going to MAKE HIM talk to me unless he wanted to. and then he said he loved me.

Did i do the right thing?....I just want him to know i am there for him.

the guy i am madly in love with likes one of my best friends.

Well alot has been happening, we broke up bc she wanted space, and now shes dating this other guy that bought her a 200 dollar ring and we were dating for 2 years. We loved eachother so much, we have liked eachother prior to actually dating eachother its amazing, she always told me how she had a kid crush when she was in 2nd grade.. I finally realized i liked her when i was in 7th.. We broke up and i want to keep talking with her but when shes around her boyfriend i get so pist and i send a text n not mean it but im like "i hate you!" then she sends it back and shes like come find me my bfs gonna beat u up n all this **** then she appologizes within the next 2 days everytime.. She says she doesnt want to talk or hangout because i know we'll btogether so does she. She goes with this guy, i dont think she really likes him she was just vulnerable but shes turning people around on my n im just trying to keep the friends i have but i tend to try to get em to think how shed do that to me

Ok, so here's the thing..
I told my best friend that I liked him because it was killing me just holding it in. After I saw him reaction, which wasn't a good one, I told him that I didn't want things to change between us (but I actually kinda did) , and he agreed. Afterwards, he told me that he had butterflies in his stomach and since then he's being MUCH more flirty with me these days, and he's never been flirty with me before. For example, he'll say things like 'Nothing's more better than talking to you' and he'll ask me things about the future like how many kids I want and where I want to live etc.
People are saying that he really likes me too... but I don't know how I should approach this cause I always seem to be the one asking him the personal questions... and I kinda seem a bit obsessive.

How can I find out how he is truly feeling or should I just let fate take care of this and leave him to come to me?
