This is coming from a guy,

Well dude, this is how a lot of relationships start, Just consider this you have come to an intersection and you don't know if to turn right or left.

SHe's going to continue acting like she's only somewhat interested in you and proabably eventually not interested at all eventually unless you make a move.

Ask her for her # and then call her like 2 days later, After a few conversations and she doesn't act interested then I'd give it up, Otherwise ask her to go to lunch with you or to a movie or something,

REmember when asking a chick for her # If ythey like you in any way, THey'll give it to you.

Good luck buddy

Ok well if she's shy like me then sometimes she'll glance at you and smile and touch her face or neck alot when around you or keep her hands laced together or fix her hair alot.

Does her eyes sparkle whenever she looks at you? Does she follow you steadily with her eyes and head even when you are moving around her?... anything under that is mere speculation.
Tell her
go ahead boy! risk it! fall... and rise again!
