ok there is this guy that lives 900 miles away from me, we have been friends for quite some time, then that turned into more, then we met, and now things seem to be getting quite intense, he is coming here soon but not soon enuff. we talk everyday morning, noon, and nite but why wont he give in and just come here to stay. he says in time but when, is there anything i can say or do to speed up the process this long distance thing is killing me? y wont he just give in? any advice?

I just met this women who is a great person yet she does not talk unless I speak to her, and it leaves me frustrated. The other day I was explaining to her some deep issues about my past and how they affected my choices in romantic partners, and I asked her for some feedback and all she had to say was that she was listening to me, but thats all she said. She never initiates conversation, and the other day we were watching TV in her house and not one word was spoken, I left her house in frustration again. I like her and in fact made her my girlfriend recently but now I am wondering if I made the right choice. However, I do not want to runaway, I am always running when a challenge is presented, there is a part of me that wants to stick it out and see if we could work out this communication problem. I realize this is who she is and she may never change, but I am at the end of my rope with this situation. I am alone in this relationship, this relationship is about to sink.

I really like this man but didn’t want to date yet after ending a serious relationship. I told him I wanted a friends with benefits but that I was afraid so I asked him if he could be patient and take it slow with me. He said okay but then he told me he didn’t think was a good idea to get together that night. I was embarrassed and asked what he thought I meant. He said getting to know one another and being friends first.

During the next 2 weeks, he hinted at getting together with me but I felt rejected and I told him how I felt. He said he respected me but then he said that night I was an “easy target” and he could have taken advantage of me but because he thought "highly of me" he chose not to.

I told him I changed my mind about FwB. We still talk like friends, about our families, the holidays, work etc…and I find myself still wanting to be with him but can‘t get past the fact that he said I was an “easy target“. Should I be offended?

He stops calling for a looong time but seems to want to keep the relationship (not for sex cauz we both are keeping our virginity for after marriage) and everything is fine and he seemed to love me + that's what everyone said and all of a sudden AND FOR NO REASON t all he also stops picking up the phone or texting and u know he's ok but just ignoring your calls. Why would a guy happy in a relationship dump a girl and NOT EVEN tell you , but let you understand it by yourself??? :(

tend to date Latino males who have had similar experiences and have also been confronted as not being Hispanic enough.. many of these women I have found (and who I find definitely drawn to, since they look great, have shared backgrounds and loathe Reggaeton and all that urban blah..) surprisingly turn down guys like myself and exclusively date Caucasian guys. I don't get it. If you're a surburbanized Hispanic female and have these dating tastes, can you explain this phenomenon to me? Thanks.
