I knew the younger brother first and we were best friend before we started dating. The ex-boyfriend, however, is another matter. I just want to know am I doing something that's really wrong or is it just not common or awkward.

I would think it would be uncomfortable for everyone concerned. How is the family going to feel on special occasions and get togethers? How does your ex boyfriend feel about his brother dating you? It could cause problems between the brothers relationship. I think your walking on thin ice. If the brothers don't have a problem with it then it might work out. I wouldn't of gotten involved its a sticky situation. Don't you think you should just stay friends?

Always do the honorable thing. How would you feel if the shoe was on the other foot. Your boyfriend and you broke up. How would you feel about your ex boyfriend dating your sister after you broke up.
