You can't, either they have a jealous heart, or they don't.
Why would you want to do that? It could backfire on you...

I did my thesis on this exact question for College Graduate work. I asked 100 students what they did to make someone jealous. Some of the answers were: send flowers to myself, go out with a guy/girl to a place the other will know about, talk about another person in front of the one you want to make jealous, leave notes out from someone else for your mate to see, go out in a great outfit and take pictures, go out without your mate and let him/her know about the plans, talk about seeing other people, comment on someone you think is "hot".

You can't make anyone feel anything...it's their choice as to how to feel, although you can attempt to influence it.
Trying to cause someone to be jealous is childish though...leave them alone...they aren't worth your time if you think that's the way to get their attention...

it depends on who the someone is, generally they have to have a reason to be jealous to start with, don't play with fire, you might get burned

act like your totally over them and act like your having fun. If your trying to get someone to like you and ask u out by makin them jealous though, it wont work sry.

Jealousy has nothing to do with LOVE and everything to do with CONTROL.
