I've been on a few dates with this guy, I'm not sure if we are exclusive. Should I get him something small? Or just have a gift on hand ,like a book in case he gives me something.
I just don't want to put him on the spot, like I'm assuming things about our relationship...

She has an ex-boyfriend who just recently left here... litterally. She still calls him her b/f, but he's not here anymore. I like this girl and I care for her, but I wanna know how to win her over if she still has these mindsets. It's been pretty recent (only a few weeks) and I know it's going to take time, but I think I could win her over. I already know her pretty well, I'm not really a friend, I'm kinda starting at the "I'm starting to know you phase". We've hung out a couple times, and I talk to her somewhat. I speak with her on AIM sometimes. I'm trying to stay distant so she doesn't think I'm too into her... the last thing I wanna do is scare her off, and that might scare her off right now. So tell me, how can I win her heart and how long will this take? How long will she start to consider me a viable b/f option?

ok, well ive been in this relationship with my boyfriend and i don't know what to do anymore. its a long distance relationship, so it sucks because i dont get to hear from him that often, but for the past two years things have gotten ridiculous. one year, i rarely heard from him and he always made excuses that he was busy with work and what not, so i let it slide. then this year, i hear from him every blue moon and im pretty much ready to end the relationship. i really love him but its obvious that he doesnt have time for me and there may be something going on. how should i tell him the relationship is over?

There's this one guy that never talks to me, but he's always beside me when he can be, and he glances at me sometimes. We only talk during group projects, I just don't know.

I kind of like him, and have shown him that through giving him encouraging signs like smiling back at him, looking at him, etc. (Basically what he does to me, I'm not going to throw myself at him.) He's really confident in class, to all the other girls too, so I don't get why he won't talk to me.

What does it mean if his voice gets lower and softer when he talks to me? It's kind of creepy, lol. :O

Okay, so I've REALLY liked this kid named Joey for over a year now. We used to be sorta-kind friends, but we're not anymore, because a conflict that came up last year. He said he hated me after that.

I just recently started saying "hi" again to him in the halls (We haven't talked since last year), to see if the months that have gone by have been long enough for him to fogive me for what I did.


There's also a girl that's a grade younger than us, Vanessa, and she likes him. He knows that she does, but he kind of sent off a vibe that showed he was annoyed by her.

Here's my problem: My friend Quinlan is friends with him, and today in one of their classes, (She told me about this later on), he came up to her and was like, "I have special news! :]"

We were doing great...we have been going out a year been through a lot together but sometimes I feel like he doesnt care any more specialy here latly...like i tell him to call most of the time he calls no matter wht but sometimes he will make excusses...I love him with all my heart and he told me that he loved me too but why does he act like that he doesnt care sometimes then goes back to being normal? I like him but i dont know if he likes me. we sit at the same table in one class and he doesnt really talk to me alot, but when he talks to the group it seems like hes looking into my eyes when he says it. it lasts for like 2 sec. and then its over. one time the classroom door was locked and i knocked on it and even though he wasnt the closest he ran over to open it before anyone could...but i dont know if hes just like that to everyone. my friends say he looks at me a lot, but i never can tell for sure... and i dont know if he just is nice to everyone. help me?
