Singles & Dating - 13 December 2006

I've been after this girl for about 3 years, she goes through boys like the wind, which I dislike, I believe in a slow, long relationship where we move on slowly and get closer, I dont think she's had a long relationship. I hope to be the first guy to show her what a single date is (not with like a hundred of her other friend mates!)

She's very good at hiding her feelings, she gives me good vibes and I start a small flirt in hopes of giving her a hint that I get the message, and then she'll give me a 'Back off!' vibe, and I'll feel confused. I've learnt she likes to know a guy likes her when they squeeze her ****. I've asked her out before, she's turned me down, I'm now stuck in the friends zone which is a ***** to get out of. But I'm not quitting, the more I learn about her the more she's the perfect girl I dreamed of! How do I get her to like me? How do I get that first date alone with her? How do I get her to consider her first long relationship? (although I've never had one!)

What should I do I have a really great guy friend but I think he likes me more that a friend but I don't feel the same way. There is this girl that I really like. She is nice and attractive. I think I started to like her when one day, her ex-boyfriend was with her in the library. He kept calling me, over and over again. She told him to leave me alone every time he tried to bother me. She said hi to me, and I said hi back, but I had to go somewhere, so I couldn't really talk that long. I am friends with that kid, even though he is annoying, and my best friend went out with her for quite a while. I don't see her that often, though. see her sometimes walking around outside after school, and sometimes at my lunch, but she I probably sitting near some annoying kids. How do I start to talk to her? What should I do?

i recently told this guy i liked how i felt abt him & he told me that he would have said yes but that he's not searching for a relationship right now.we ended up talkin for more than an hour afterwards abt a lot of stuff,life in general(it was the best conversation i ever had with him)& he left with a "hey,at least we can be friends right?" to which i agreed obviously.

after that night,he never comes online & i have a suspicion that he has blocked me on msn cos my friend told me that his nickname was "are you the now or never kind?" when i had the bon jovi song lyrics "it's now or never" as my nickname.

he talks to me when i see him in person sometimes,but it's only me who has to initiate the conversation though his best friend told me that this guy thinks abt me & that "things may happen in the future".he has been very distant even from his best friends.

how do I handle this situation?does he need more time or is this a lost case?

Might sound naive but...while up north (during the summer) with my friend, we met some guys and they asked us how old we were and we told them then they were like so when do you turn 16. I don't know maybe they were jsut asking because they were 16?but isn't there a law that you can't have sex until you're 16? Or am I just making that up? I think they were asking to see if we would be 16 by next summer or something..I'm not sure. If you could just explain that would be great :]

He usually will not go anywere i want to go,if he does its a huge deal.I asked him to go to my work Christmas party and he said no.

after last night she sent me a message saying that I dont love her at all, I do its just I didn't ring her because I didn't have credit on my phone but I will tonight, in one way I am scared to ring her tonight but the otherside of me says that I have too. I've been eye flirting w/her for bout a year in class. She seems like the outgoing type but she never talks to me. Also, one time she walked past by me and ignored me, and then she looked at me from a side view. I don't know why she does that. There was another time where she tried to get my attention in the hallway. When I turned around to look at her, she seemed happy.
