Is there really true love? I think nowaday people are getting very selfish. They love themselves more than anything else, so very hard to find true love now.

When I sleep over my friend's house, he's a guy, in the same bed, he's always all over me. I wake up his leg is over my body, he puts his head over my arm, one time, I wrapped my arm around him, and he leaned into my armpit, and cuddled up. It was obvious to me he wanted to get more comfortable. I decided to play with his hair, and he didn't flintch or anything.

This has happened over 8 times of sleeping in the same bed, yet I've never confronted him about it, or vice versa, he just gets very touchy feely, yet we play it off as if we are just sleeping.

Does this mean he is gay?

I was dating this really great guy, and we were crazy about each other but he got transferred across the country. He asked me to go with him, but at the time I was unable to go, and we ended up losing touch. Recently, he contacted me and said he still misses me and what we had and wants to be with me and I feel that way too. I have missed him every day for the past two years. He did tell me that he had gained some weight, but when he sent me recent pics of himself, I was shocked! He must have gained close to 100 pounds since I saw him last. I really care about him, but the weight is a big deterrent for me as it's just not attractive!

He still has the same personality and and I still want to be with him, but I don't know how to bring up the weight issue.

Ok, I was married for a year and a half to a wonderful person. He gave me everything I wanted,but I wasn't happy. We didn't even have sex...I didn't find him attractive in that way (a year after we got married).We started falling apart and thats when I met the man I'm with now. My husband and I got divorced. And Now I'm engaged. He makes me happy in everyway. I just have a few thoughts running through my head now that our wedding is 2 months away. See, he has had many problems with my past. He will get in these weird moods and start treating me bad and telling me stuff just to hurt me..Then he tells me he is sorry after I am crying and threatening to leave him...He is trying to be good now. But what should I do? Some of the stuff he has said to me is awful. Like comparing me to his ex, and like this for instance...I was raped at age 17. This makes him sick. He told me one day He layed there staring at me one night in bed just thinking how sick I made him b/c of it.

So please try to convince me that girls are not just as shallow as guys. I have been noticing lately that there are many girls I have met or have known for a while that complain about singleness, but their standards are wicked high. Now when I say standards I don't mean personality standards, because I have yet to meet a girl that actually looks at personality first. I am just a little tired of hearing the complaints.
