and we started seeing each other but when my ex who also works there found out it got quite complicated and derek stopped talking to me and that was back in sep/oct. and recently derek apologized and said he made a terrible mistake and that he was sorry. when i askd him y he stopped talking to me he said that he was a spaz & that he didn't know what to do bcuz he had found a girl he really liked who liked him back so he freaked out. so i dont know what to do he plays hot and cold with me like he's playing hard to get and asks me questions about other guys so is he just testing me??

ive been dating a girl for almost a year now, we are living in seperate arrangements, when we first started dating i had a really goood job with a local phone company, since then i have lost my job due to downsizing i currently have 2 jobs trying to make money and im working alot of hours trying to compensate for a smaller pay rate, i still make time to see her even tho i dont get much sleep, she knows of my sacrifice, and doesnt complain, problem being i cant provide likle i could. Recently i couldnt come up with enough money to pay her cellphone bill, shes is working right now but she does babysit in trade for room and board. i go and see her at her babysitting job before i go to work and i pick her up from her evening job, after all is said and done each month she makes more then i do... im desperately trying to rememedy the situation but i know that if she decided to sh could get a guy with alot nicer things.. more money nicer car big house, those kinds of things.... what do i do?

I am 23 years old and I just moved across the country to go to school. I took a part time job at a clothing store about a month ago. My boss is 25 and I have been attracted to her ever since I started.The atmosphere we work in allows for alot of contact between us. We are always joking around and touching each other in playful manners.I think we have great chemistry and I really enjoy my time with her. I know it is typically a bad idea to get involved with a co-worker but I am willing to leave the job if we have a chance at a relationship. I broke up with my boyfriend (mutual breakup, he agreed) just over two weeks ago. Of course I've been hurting a lot ever since and kept having that nagging feeling of needing some closure. Last night I called him and we talked for a while, about the breakup and what went wrong between us. I apologized for things I did that hurt him, but he did no apologizing on his part. That bothered me all day today, so I called him tonight to say I needed him to tell me he was sorry too, which he did. Then he said some things later in the conversation that bothered me, one was that he has a date with another girl on Saturday. (already??) and that he fell out of love with me about a week before we broke up, when we had a really nasty fight. I was still trying to patch things up between us. Him saying these things seems very passive-aggressive to me. I did want to be friends with him but now I'm having serious 2nd thoughts. Part of me wants to move on, and part of me wants him in my life. What to do?

We actually have not had sex, we are just friends but he is very touchy, when we are near each other he cant keep his hands off me. Ive told him to cut the flirting out because he has not really made any serious moves towards 'being' with me. (I havent said this to him) Part of me thinks its just sexual attraction, but he is very loving towards me putting his arm around me and treating me like he really likes me. Here's a story... This guy I know is my best friend. I love him. He loves me. Of course, the story doesn't end there. I'm only 14- my parents said I could date this specific guy when I was 15. That happens in 5 months. The problem is that I'm not sure my parents will really let us "date" when I'm 15. (movies without my brother inbetween, holding hands, kissing sometimes... going places alone... etc.) Is that to much to ask?
