its very normal ,she thinks you prefer to be with her more.I think you need to show her that she is your first priority after all.You should not expect your gf to get along with your other female friends.

lol I understand your confusion. But the answer is a big fat HELL NO. Women are constantly competing against each other (it's just a natural reaction) so we're not really tight with other girls. We usually have very few women we are friends with. As for your gf throwing a fit about this, wow. Sounds a little too jealous and possessive! Be careful with this one!

Well hon, there is a huge difference in saying hi and spending time with someone. So which on is it? I wouldn't care if you were just catching up with a friend every now and again, but if you two were hanging out pretty often, then I would have to step up and tell you it didn't seem right. How would you feel if she were hanging out with guys and you weren't around?

No offense, but you're a bit ignorant if you think your GF is getting angry because there's no "sisterhood". That's women, buddy, deal with it. Stop trying to rationalize it.

First we address Billy's Comment
Man...stupid african-american, racism sure is dead.
Now on to the question
I would suggest introducing the girlfriend to your friend and get them to become friends. So that your girl will know who your spending your time with-if she is the jealous type. Or talk seriously with your girlfriend about the matter, work it out with her.

Not really...some girls are devious and enjoy other women's unhappiness..misery loves company...you should be glad your gf is upset, it just means she cares/she's afraid to lose you. If you want her to be okay w/your friendship, invite her along, make an effort to make sure they get along/like each other. Maybe they will become good friends.

Sounds like she is jealous, try to include her in some of the actives or try to spend some 1 on 1 time with her.

not always.

you're girlfriend is worried that you might like your friend more than you like her, blah blah blah.

depends on what you're doing too. if you're doing less for your girlf and more for your old friend (time and attention), then you're putting out signals about who is more important to you. every gf wants to feel that she is the most important. same way for boys if you reverse the situation.

Perhaps she felt the odd one out since you and your friend were talking about the old times.
