I am 23 years old and I just moved across the country to go to school. I took a part time job at a clothing store about a month ago. My boss is 25 and I have been attracted to her ever since I started. The atmosphere we work in allows for alot of contact between us. We are always joking around and touching each other in playful manners.I think we have great chemistry and I really enjoy my time with her. I know it is typically a bad idea to get involved with a co-worker but I am willing to leave the job if we have a chance at a relationship. However I really enjoy the job and if the crush is not mutual, I would like to stay. How can I find out how she feels without risking a friendship if she is not intrested?

you wont risk your friendship if you told her that you feel something about her , and you're not sure if it's right, what do you say?, if she said yes, then invite me to your marriage, if not, the you're lucky for not keep thinking of her..
good luck..

It is unfortunately a common phenomena to be attracted by an authority figure, especially when you have, as a young person, traveled away from your home base or area and gone to a new place to live for whatever reason, but school is a good reason.
However, get ahold of yourself. Sit yourself down and have a long chat. Remind yourself that we humans are beings that do well in routine situations usually and have real problems at times adjusting to a new situation or place.
The natural thing to do is seek comfort in some way, but it is a very bad idea to seek a relationship when you are going through a major transformation in one way or another.
Put your feels on hold for at least three to six months. Get your feet squarely under you before you start a relationship, and even then be very very careful. You can hurt yourself very badly and you can also hurt the other person if he allows it.
Adjustment disorder or dysfunction is a real difficult problem and sometimes professional counselling is the way you have to treat it.
Good luck, Be Smart!

if you are serious take her out and find
give enough chance to her

dont make mistake of not choosing a wrong one

Ask her to go have coffee with you. That doesnt have to be a date, just coffee. If she accepts then see how that goes and take it slowly from there. Like take her to lunch next time.

Well, you could back off and see how she reacts or you could just get straight to the point.

Sleep with her one time only -- get it out of your system.

You'll feel better. Then you'll stop fantasising...
