and we started seeing each other but when my ex who also works there found out it got quite complicated and derek stopped talking to me and that was back in sep/oct. and recently derek apologized and said he made a terrible mistake and that he was sorry. when i askd him y he stopped talking to me he said that he was a spaz & that he didn't know what to do bcuz he had found a girl he really liked who liked him back so he freaked out. so i dont know what to do he plays hot and cold with me like he's playing hard to get and asks me questions about other guys so is he just testing me??

Do you want to risk getting your heartbroken , take your time dun rush into things unless you fully trust him . think bout it carefully , don't be blinded by love ... you'll get yourself hurt .

He sounds like too much of a spaz, and I would cut him loose before it even begins. You shouldn't sh*t where you eat, if this is a great job that you hope to keep for a long time.
