I've been with my boyfriend for a few months now(5) and we haven't been talking as much as we used to. It's harder cause we have a long distance relationship and he is in the military, but currently is not deployed or anything. 3. she is checking to see if you are checking her out and if you are, she likes the ego boost

i broke up wit my bf. He's back with his ex now, but we r trying to be friends. But the thing is i want to be more then friends, but i know he doesnt feel the same way. I delete him from my msn, but that only lasted a week, because i just had to talk to him again. Now my problem is: do i get him to block me so i can finaaly get over him because this way i wont be able to talk to him, but see i get really happen when i know i get to talk to him, and i dont want to get rid of it, because it feels nice, but this way i wont ever get over him! So delete him and be miserable or live in hope and happyness, which isnt real, but i cant let go, dont want to :(

I'm in my hometown for Thanksgiving and my ex boyfriend threw a birthday party at his place last night. There has been no flirtation between us for a couple of years now, so going there I had no intention of being with him. However, I ended up getting drunk and staying the night with many others. My ex lured me into his room and we slept together.
I deeply regret this and have no desire to ever even talk to him again. My boyfriend of nearly 3 years has no idea and I'm torn. Should I tell him and break his heart only to relieve my guilt? Or should I live with the guilt and spare his pain?
